Real HIIT is pretty intense (the level where you wish that you'd die at the very last 10 seconds of the high intensity part) so HIIT is a no no on empty stomach even for endo. Eat something for HIIT - you'll burn the fat afterwards (google HIIT afterburn and calorie partitioning).

thanks, i guess i'll stick to incline walks on empty stomach

If you have heavy weight amd high body fat, I think it's okie to do fasted cardio. I did that during my 1-2 months. It works.

But now, I dont intend to lose any more mass, I have my breakkie and then wait for 45minutes before workout......
*
it works for me. but im endo, so i dont care so much on the losing muscle part. but i do agree that HIIT on an empty stomach is a little too extreme even for and endomorph

Tomorrow Bicep and Forearm, with 30mins HIIT.

Today only do 15mins HIIT, since I'm doing legs the koyak orgasm is too much for me.
*
a 15 minutes HIIT is good enough imo. dont over strain yourself on the HIIT. i used to do afternoon HIITs too, but that was on the days when im not pumping...15 minutes is enough to get me panting like shit

i think you cannot spot reduce. you cant target a certain body part and lose those fats in that specific body part.

saturdays and sundays are normally cheat days for me...thats when i load up on carbs because i go on no carbs from monday to friday

shadowjass, sure why not, cheating a meal or two wont make any big difference, dont worry tongue.gif

you get less demotivated when you cheat once in a while too, going on a very strict diet continuously will make you go crazy lol

i realised there is a nice park in the swimming pool i used to visit beside, with super huge running track on it. I went there jog for near an hour barely able to finish the whole circuit. There is like within a jungle in a city, guarantee no need to puff any exhaust
*
no exhaust fumes but full of potential buttsek risks tongue.gif laugh.gif
