Creatine seems to have different results on different people. Some people react within a week of creatine noticing good weight gains. I find them almost pointless. Another reason to have creatine for ADHD people, is because creatine is said to help hyperactive people focus. I don't know how true it is, but oh well...whatever. I'll take it.

Nah, I just want to know if it's WORTH buying the supp, because it has no effect on me. It's better to buy other supps which do work, rather than wasting the money on supps that won't work. Money is hard to earn, easy to spend.

Maybe I've been training more frequently that's why, because each capsule only has 0.9g, I think most of the BCAA came from my whey and not from the capsules.

Anybody know what is this exercise known as?

Use a weight plate, lifting it from the knee level to shoulder level.

Like using the kettleball swings. Tried that last night, not easy.

Huh? Tak paham, bro.

Upright row? Clean? Front raise? DB swings?

I will try to find an illustration later.

It's not a row.

I think it's like a front raise.

I think that's probably the right word.

Is this a compound exercise?

Seems a lot harder than other isolation exercises.

Yeah that one.

Had trouble doing with a 20kg plate. Settled for 15kg instead.

Hey guys, which would you choose between these two:
1) 1 scoop of whey protein pre-workout followed by 1 scoop post workout

or

2) 2 scoop of whey protein post workout

I'd take 2 scoops post.

Pre workouts, you always want a quick available energy. Protein taxes your liver and stomach to breakdown the amino acids from the peptide bonds. Add that wit digesting the nutrients and the vitamins as well as BCAA, you get a body that has 40% of its focus on digesting food, and another 60% on training.

Why do you think runners, cyclists and trialathon runners almost never take a high protein meal the night before? Tour De Langkawi cyclists (France) use high carb foods and cakes like fruitcakes and raisins to ensure they have a steady stream of carbs for energy.

I thought there was a thread about this before it was closed.

I said 1.5 scoop whey + slow digesting carb for pre and 1.5 scoop whey + fast digesting carb for post.

tq for the feedbacks.
Currently I'm taking some carbs for pre workout and whey+dextrose+creatine postworkout.

Seems to be working wel, just thought of trying something else for a change in routine

this might be psychological, but I'm keeping my workouts below 1 hr and I'm progressing better despite my erratic gym schedule (always, always with the exams)
