that's a bit racist don't you think.... every area has their majority race and some places where there's a lot of chinese and indians have it's spoilt breed. hopefully our place won't be filled by these people... and hopefully our zest is not a place where the minority is discriminated.. err cause i only see 2 malay in the facebook page.. please be nice...

i was told there's a built-in waste compacter though, when i was asking the sales rep a couple of mths back abt the waste disposal system. has it been changed to an in-sink food grinder instead??? btw, wat is an in-sink food grinder?

15k is still a gain. There are many other projects launch earlier oso still stuck with same old pricing. A gain no matter how small is still a gain, so lets count our blessings

If I read correctly, it should be sink incinerator. Very handy and great for avoiding clogged up kitchen sink. With this, you won't see the S trap anymore under your sink and will almost every "craps" wash away down to IWK without clogging up your pipe. Even chicken bone will be grind off. So less wet garbage to stink up ur kitchen which is why you see lots of ads in US/EU/JP where they have the garbage bin inside the cabinet because its meant for dry waste.

But becareful, every year people get injured with this thing.

Ops I didn't make myself clear enough - the tauke is the boss who bought the Zest cafeteria, so let's hope that he'll be there to provide us good clean affordable food

The sink grinder or incinerator (whatever you call it) is used to grind soft waste like vegetables/cooked meat/tofu, NOT bones. Let's not encourage people to grind bones there (Bolehland mentality here lah...then we have beef bones , fish bones , pork bones and what have you )...coz it will clog up the pipes in your own sink and the rest of the pipes in the building. And for bigger bones, you might just blow up the motor in your sink too when you start to grind it....

Ohh I thought it's supposed to grind bone as well (main attraction to me as garbage will not stink)? Anyone going to sales office could confirm this with the sales team?

wah.. how come got buffet never inform me?? When will they going to have buffet again? U went there on last weekend??

Ya went there last Sunday, cause was very curious about the block A price chart

Read the previous posts, some buyers were told by the sales team that the waste grinder will be provided. I myself did not hear it from the sales team. So it'll be nice if someone can confirm this
