QUOTE(lakini80 @ Jun 8 2009, 04:16 PM) As for me, I do not really concern about the C&C cause i think it will not be materialize. that's a bit racist don't you think.... every area has their majority race and some places where there's a lot of chinese and indians have it's spoilt breed. hopefully our place won't be filled by these people... and hopefully our zest is not a place where the minority is discriminated.. err cause i only see 2 malay in the facebook page.. please be nice... What I concern most is the jam that will cause us as well as the security of the area. With so many low cost flat behind, I am afraid that i will turn up to be like Bandar Sri Permaisure where the majority is Malay. |

More malay neighbours = lots of good food at pasar ramadhan! Good neighbours are not defined by race, chinese neighbours can get nasty too... Isn't it happier to talk about our lovely in-sink food grinder and paper gain? |

There are many other projects launch earlier oso still stuck with same old pricing. A gain no matter how small is still a gain, so lets count our blessings This post has been edited by Pai: Jun 9 2009, 12:19 AM |

If I read correctly, it should be sink incinerator. Very handy and great for avoiding clogged up kitchen sink. With this, you won't see the S trap anymore under your sink and will almost every "craps" wash away down to IWK without clogging up your pipe. Even chicken bone will be grind off. So less wet garbage to stink up ur kitchen which is why you see lots of ads in US/EU/JP where they have the garbage bin inside the cabinet because its meant for dry waste. But becareful, every year people get injured with this thing. |

QUOTE(eugene jk @ Jun 6 2009, 08:16 PM) Herm.. never heard of the news.. probably it is due Zest having commercial element. Hi all,Below is an article describing changes in some rules. Foreign investors can buy commercial prop that are RM500,000 and above. http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn62...6/ai_n31473648/ I don't see the link between this rule and the Koreans keeping all units from 15th floor onwards? Does it mean that those 15th floor onwards are priced MUCH higher? Hmmm....I feel like dropping by the sales office again to compare the price of my unit in Block B with Block A |

Ya went there last Sunday, cause was very curious about the block A price chart Added on June 9, 2009, 3:39 pm Did u guys mean that Zest will going to provide us the waste grinder in our sink in all the zest units? Read the previous posts, some buyers were told by the sales team that the waste grinder will be provided. I myself did not hear it from the sales team. So it'll be nice if someone can confirm this |
