hi guys, i really think tat the C&C issue is not tat big or matters... personally i wont think it will be successful. as if it really progress on (touch wood), then it is also ok mah... you can think about it this way, get your future resting house there near to your first house. so next time all your children or grand children can easier visit us.

that's it right?  tongue.gif

Yeah, totally agree.. for me C & C better than high-rise building which is possible to block our view. If the C&C is design in such away like 'fu guai san zhong' then is ok for me, at least the scenery and the land scape is nice.

I've just booked one unit in Tower A; facing golf course to avoid noise & dust from the road and LRT. It's mainly for own stay with potential to sell off if things happen.

Now hunting for better loan package icon_rolleyes.gif

Did the sales office call you to collect the SNP copy? I have not received my own copy yet. Signed all the legal documents but did not have a copy myself does not feel very secure. sad.gif

Just spoken to my sales guy.

1. Location of LRT stations
- In front of Hap Seng, in the middle of the road (no car park)
- Next to Giant, by the side road (with covered car park)

2. Waste disposal
All units will have this and according to him, it is a 'surprise' for those who have purchased hmm.gif

3. Enbloc (15th - 20th floor)
Still blocked but expecting another price increase if it ever gonna be released drool.gif

4. Show unit
Ready by end of July / early Aug. He said no rush since the sales is so good dy. But I told him the buyers will be anxious to see the show unit so appreciate it if we all give some pressure to them or else, we will not know how good is the quality of the materials that they are giving to us. Thanks thumbup.gif

1. if the station in front of Hap seng is going to be in the middle of the road, then how about the ramp? will it be underground or how is it going to access to our zest?

2. if you look back the SNP, the sink given is the normal one. so i doubt the waste disposal can be fixed on the cheap sink lo.

The ramp will be below (or above?) the LRT railway. I don't think they will build it underground due to the cost and prospect of getting flood.

Can someone tell me more about the waste disposal? I don't get it.

I am not so worried about that. If given, then a bonus since it was never in the SPA.

280K is still fine isn't it? I got my unit at 10th floor in block B facing swimming view already cost me RM270K. Those who managed to get a nice unit in block C will see quite a huge different in price appreciation after the project is completed. brows.gif

Seriously, I think some buyers are getting false impression that opposite of KLCC view is a golf course view.

I went to the site and checked. Actually, the WHOLE PROJECT is facing the DBKL apartments! My unit balcony will be facing DBKL apartment but I choose it because the L shape of the balcony is facing diagonally to the golf course. (HOPEFULLY I am right with the L shape balcony impression).

So... no green carpet for me cry.gif

Naleh, which room type you bought? I got a block B pool & KL city view unit (type B) at 18th floor and only for RM270K. 12th floor should be cheaper thought. hmm.gif

I think you are right. I went to the site a few times as well, base on the measurement of my "eyes" (I might be wrong blink.gif ). I don't see that the whole block A units are facing golf course. Possible that 2 units at the end of block A might be able to have a diagonally view to the golf course, the rest I think would be facing the flats.
