LRT is confirm, I heard the soil test is done as well.
The 2 big drill machine located on smart tunnel previously also hilang d....
cos the lrt extension consist of puchong (from Sri Petaling), kota damansara (from Kelana Jaya)...
I wonder they need to dig it...?

When i knew about this project i was interested in the golf view but in fact the view is only available for Blck A and furthermore the sales talk mentioned it was for Korean investors. cry.gif

if i remember... last time they told me only certain floors are sold to investors.. not the whole block..
anyway.. sold or not to investors doesn't make much diff eh? im sure block A will be sold out fast too..

Some good news for block B and C buyers thumbup.gif :

Blok B VS blok C was 17k diff.

Blok A VS Blok B now around 20k diff.



shhould total paper gains should be around 35k-40k if one has bought blok C, can anyone confirm? smile.gif

On another note, if you buy Block A with golf view, I think you will be sharing the view with hundreds, if not thousands of the low cost aprtment residents...and they can also see you too... sad.gif which I think a lot of us would not appreciate...
So I still think Block C is better rclxms.gif

Haha of course you will say Block C is better as you bought a unit there brows.gif I would say block B is better hehehe biggrin.gif No matter what, it is still the Zest overall. We need to hope that all units are snapped up and the developer will do a good job in maintaining and handle the commercial block better when the project is completed.

If the commercial blocks are able to lift to their standard by having good shops/eatery stationed there, I think our residential unit will further appreciate with the LRT station 'said' to be confirmed to be set up nearby.

a 300k condo can be rented up to 2k.....

Just gao dim the agreement with some minor clauses changes. Lots of people at the Zest office today. Cant get to take picture as the sales people dun allow tongue.gif But, sales are good.

Block A opened for sales. According to salesperson, REHDA issued a new memorandum indicating that foreign owner purchase to be limited only to RM500k and above properties dated May 2009. Did managed to see it...wonder how true, it is.

Anyway, my purchase price for Type A block C is RM250+k, when compared to the same level of Block A, the price is RM290k, with the same KL view... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
