I wanna get a new pair of shoe for training biggrin.gif can get it by next week before SG? haha but of course wont use it for SG marathon as belum season it.

My current shoe size(New Balance) is US 8 1/2. UK 8 er..there was another 2 letters "2E" above it..

Metalfreak : I think you can visit The Curve to have all those foot scan ...etc, also can get proper measurement of ur shoe size and the width. The 2E is the width, standard size is D, the wider is 2E, then 4E ...etc.

Good infor. The 2E means the width at the forefoot of the shoe. Std width is D and the widest is 4E. Are you now comfortable w 2E having good toe movement? If Ok then your feet are on the wider side where a normal width shoe will not fit.

If its after work, then MPSJ is a good option. Its at USJ 5. Of course, there are a lot of other small parks around USJ which you can consider.

d3vilzzzz: Good enough based on your standards. Keep it up and soon your legs, joints, heart ad lungs will be much stronger. Remember, patience will one day pay off. And I actually saw you. Your clothing looks like a tri-suit.

If you want to run up to genting, you can only do it on day, cant run on night like what few of us did last puasa season.
