sfax: Awesome weekly mileage. Don't forget balance rest to recover too. EAT!

navilink: Here's the measurement of the Terry Fox shirts.

3XS: (Chest:32", Length: 24")
2XS (Chest: 34", Length: 25")
XS: (Chest: 36", Length: 26")
S: (Chest 38", Length: 27")
M: (Chest: 40", Length: 28")
L: (Chest: 42", Length: 29")
XL: (Chest: 44", Length: 30")
2XL: (Chest: 46", Length: 31")
3XL: (Chest: 48", Length 32")

d3vilzzzz: You do not need to reigster for Terry Fox. Just bring yourself there with your friends and run. It's a charity event. Only lionel87 is going for the IOI Community Run. As for your feet type, once you have the results, do let either myself or ccube knows. You can actually view the shoes when you are Lake Gardens but blame yourself for not introducing yourself to us.
*

wow thanks there phoenix thought only got S, M, L and XL for terry fox... now need to reconsider changing my M size...

grabulasa: last year quite dull, black and white (although the pic is meaningful), this year colorful but i expect some ppl will wear 2007 shirt... but whatever shirt its for charity thumbup.gif

i think i need to buy a good shoe liao.. my leg, ankle part still pain after last sunday's 10km run!!

i'm targeting Nike shoes, so any recommendation for a shoe that fits for regular running and stylish enough for occasional casual wear? lightly priced budget would be enough.

Let me know if you are interested in the Saucony.  I must said the pricing is competitive and the product is value for money.  So far I have no complains from those who purchases Saucony from me.
*

thanks for i really looking for the 2-in-1 shoe, for running and for casual wear. nike brand more preferable at least my fren know wah nike shoe wor.. rather than saucony? wtfbbqsauce? sweat.gif no respect i know saucony is a good running shoe but i'm looking for the branding also rolleyes.gif
QUOTE(triple02 @ Mar 20 2009, 10:49 AM)
try looking for brooks,  they do have a shop in The Curve..but if style is what youre looking for then Nike or Adidas is the way to go...how much is your budget btw?
*

i got the brooks 40% voucher from the larian amal seri sinar last week.. but not considering buying brooks, since b4 this i also never heard of it unsure.gif

i'm targeting these shoes, Nike Air Citius Clima (left), Nike Air Initiate+ (right), both selling about RM170-RM180 only thumbup.gif
