hi guys...

i completed my first half marathon in Singapore...time 1h 55:33s...my watch timing. biggrin.gif

still in Singapore for holiday,will be back on Wednesday. smile.gif

My 1st Marathon result .

10KM - 0:55:46min (9.90km ,100m more saw the 10km board , follow 4:00pacer GPS)
15KM - 1:35:48min (Stomach *Laosai* at 12KM east coast Toilet, waste 8min , eat PowerGel during Pangsai ,Aiyer)
20KM - 2:05:49min
21KM - 2:12:13min (Gu Gel Station)
25KM - 2:40:56min
30KM - 3:15:38min
40KM - 4:32:03min (First aid Station , Deep heating finish , Walao eh)
42KM - 4:48:27min (End Points)

Refill Energy
PowerBar @ Gel x3 = 10KM , 20KM , 25KM
Gu Gel x2 = 30KM , 35KM

cos i know wasted alot time , very pekchek do business dont care liao , then take gel later go out can terus run , but still slow cannot pace well for few KM.

Hi all,

Ayam back fr my HK makanthon trip. Hv gain 2kg after all the makan makan session. Congrats to those who ran the Sg race. Hv to start burning the rubber again to shed off the weight. Next event is the 12hr walk for me, and holiday again for for me after Xmas till 2009. And then onto GE 30k, hopefully can be fit by then.

told u Nike watch not so reliable one lah. Failed u at the most critical situation, cinya. I still hv one TIMEX Ironman 30 lapper watch for sale. Selling at RM97, bought fr USA one just 3 mths ago. Fren fren no untung u !!! if u want it let me know, unless u r going to invest in a Garmin 405.

Read alot about Garmin 405 , cinya expensive , maybe get a cheap or used 205/305. for me just wanna speed,pace,distance saja cos i like simply run around pj area, dun care about HR etc function ,and the watch battery last for 10hours only. if really use for normal wear is hard . 405 lagi teruk (7-8hours) , depends how runners want . right ? 1 word WALLET ! brows.gif maybe someday got extra money then go for 405 le , who know drool.gif icon_idea.gif
