Hello everyone, I'm giving away my IOI Men's Open race bib FOC. But I'm keeping the goodie bag. This race is 7.3km at Puchong on Nov 9 7.30am. Please contact me via email: lionel87@gmail.com or msn: northern_lights87@hotmail.com.

race website: http://h1.ripway.com/pm1/Entry%20form/CommunityRunForm.pdf

We'll meet up at the collection booth at IOI Puchong on Nov 8 Saturday (time and exact location to be arranged).

I'm pulling out of this race because of injury.

Cheers!

lionel87: Although pretty sad to hear about it, I'm glad that you made the decision to let it go for the sake of something yet bigger. In the meantime, take care and train smart. smile.gif

Harlo everybody!!

I went for the usual beginner's run and finally had the chance to meet sifus; phoenix and ccube laugh.gif
No chasing the pack today as it seems the pack split into two; shorter and longer route..i went for the longer route and managed to catch a glimpse of 2 ppl running but nt sure frm the group or nt..nonetheless...had a great run!! rclxms.gif

the highlight of the day was recieving me shoes frm ccube!! first impression..put me feet into the shoes... hmm.gif real comfy but like kinda hard..den phoenix say..try walking..and WOW tongue.gif i felt the cushion..real soft..i tink i nw i realize the importance of a good shoe..my current 1 was real hard..minimal cushioning i guess sad.gif n 2 tink i hv edi ran at least more nearly 100km+ in dem
(it was a shoe for basketball according to phoenix blush.gif no choice..other shoe gum gone edi...simply wear one first)

with me new shoes..leg oso gatal so off i went...3 big circles round jz the lake...absolutely comfortable!! hence the progrid jazz 12 is great!!
thanks for the recomendation sifus notworthy.gif rclxms.gif

i will nw see hw i fare in tomolos Terry Fox run thumbup.gif

till then..ciao my frens

Hey, there's me, though I live in USJ. But currently, I'm injured, and selling my singapore marathon bib (full marathon) as such. Details on http://runningmagic.blogspot.com.
I usually run in the morning before work starting between 5-5.30am on weekdays...touring both USJ and subang jaya. But if there's someone to run with, I'm happy to run after work, 6-6.30pm, starting at MPSJ. For weekend and holiday runs, it'll usually be outside USJ/subang jaya.
So anymore runners living around this area??

Just back from the Terry Fox run.. amazing atmosphere.. running, roller-blading, pushing baby prams, one or two people with prosthetic legs running..

walloped 2 cups of Milo, 2 packs of curry puffs and then headed home.

I bought the RM25 shirt on today itself but didn't wear it. Wore a light yellow adidas top instead. What about you?

Didn't start too well though, they supposed to let those on wheels go first, but the runners 'curi ayam'. biggrin.gif
