Hi guys

Just wondering how long is the titiwangsar run?

It takes me 20 minutes to run 3km. Should I even go for the terry run?
*

d3vilzzzz, just run at your pace lah. For me i prefere to start at the end of the pack, dont wanna end up as road kill or kena tarik by those elite runners in the all the excitement during the start.

Phoenix, i am using a 10US supernova, does that mean for the saucony hurricane i need to use a 9 1/2 US? I also need to turn down your offer for your polar, its way way way off my budget. hopefully one day i will reach that level

Its really really cold now, doubt I will be able to do any running any time soon. damn damn damn.

I'll just try my best if I can do it next week. I'll be in Paris over the weekend. After this week, I'm free edi...no more touring. probably can scout for jackets and stuff for running.

I heard there is a shop in Sungai Wang that sells Asics but not sure of the exact location. And as I know, Kinsei is no longer in production. Failed model.

Well, i believe you are running with a sweater and thick track pants on. You may also put on gloves and a snow cap. Shouldn't be too bad, perhaps you are still adjusting to the weather. I personally feel its still ok to run at zero degrees. But when it gets to minus twenty, don't do it. Hahaha.

Not easy man. Damn my running shoe seriously wearing out. I brought my running shoe, leather shoe and 1 camel sandals only. I know I shouldn't be using my running shoe as my normal outdoor shoe but that saved me from bringing so many stuff.

I will definitely get one new one when I'm back at malaysia. I bought 2 long sleeve running vest from nike... Fast Switch 3 was it? Frank? tolong.....

I'll see what I can get from the shop. I just hope they will recommend me some proper running attire for these weather

Used to practice run aorund the school chapel at -3 degree after prep time. Only in shorts and rugby shirt. No problem with the cold. Only thing was the wind. My head felt tilted to one side when I go back into the house.

I reckon get some Helly Henson thermal and leggings, you should be fine. They are ultra thin but super warm!
