yea HD 720.. full hd 1080

HD is 720, but can upscale until 1080i (usually on a HD ready TV). Full HD is 1080p.

Hey ppl, i got a bit problem with my ds3 here.
I bought my 2nd ds3 at sony style and it comes with 1 year warrenty i think.
Today, i've been charging it for like about 4 hours+ and when i came back, the red light is finally stable.
Then i hold the ps button to check if its fully charged and it is stated charged already.
BUT when i pull the usb from the ds3, i cant seem to turn on my ds3 by pressing the "ps" button.
i tried many times ady, seriously. It is as if my ds3 hav no battery at all. So i connect the ds3 with the usb again and only with the usb, my ds3 can work.
Now even after 4 hours of charging, I'm charging it again and now the lights are blinking(again!!)
but before that, i checked the ps3 menu, it says that ds3 already fully charged. and now, it is charging again.
so whats wrong with it? anyone knows?

bring to sonystyle la. remember bring the package/box as well.

Try resetting your DS3 controller, get a needle and poke the tiny hole behind the controller on top of the specification sticker.

If it doesn't work, its most likely that your DS3's battery is dead.

Since your DS3 is bought individually, no there shouldn't be a warranty sticker over the reset hole.

Even so, the stick is over the screw instead usually. Resetting your controller doesn't void your warranty.

Malaysia Version of PS3 80GB are not backward compactibility with PS2 & PS1 games.

i think you can still play ps1 games, provided its ntsc j.

thats why i love my US ps3 so much.. can play ps1 and ps2 games
