Nah, no worries Bata--I don't particularly care if my abs aren't visible / I look fat. I worry more about getting stronger so that I can carry even more fried chicken home!

looks really good. obvious improvement at the back and lats. more definition on arms, chest, abs and oblique. are you really 64kg? |
