Its much harder to compare when the angles and poses are different.
but even then, still can see some progress. in chest and arms. but again, the diff angles and poses makes it hard to tell.
why is it a May 08 pic? its Dec now. lol. can't u take a more recent picture?

Next gathering? Maybe we should have one at the beginning of next year. TT session or workout gathering?

Bata bro,

Thank you.

No worries, it's achievable to anyone out there. Just need to add in a little effort and enjoy the ride along the way. It's very easy to do it, but to maintain the discipline and continue doing it, THAT'S THE CHALLENGE ~!

So you mean cardio right after you wake up helped you a lot in shedding off fats ? I read a lot of those articles ... Some say it's catabolic, some say it burns more fats ...... rclxub.gif

I thought some people might get a kick out of this.

While cleaning out my hard drive, I came across some old photos...including the one on the left (the other is from a few days ago):

From what I can remember, I weighed about 150 lbs back then--right now I weigh about 230 lbs.

Maybe I should rethink my 'bucket of KFC a day' diet sad.gif

Noel, you've induced me to give Xtend a try, as currently I'm only taking whey as supplement.

Actually I read about that too. It's something about a research being done on the time of cardio at different time in a day. They found that it's best to do when you first wake up since you burn more fats. However there's also another saying that the body is already quite catabolic after you wake up from a long night sleep without consumption of food and if you were to force the body to work further = more muscle burnt ... Ahhh all these never ending myths.

Oh do you workout the same day you cardio ?

almost every morning cardio... notthing taxing... just 15-20 minutes skipping... and of course doing all this.. you gotta maintain a good solid healty calorie intake too.... weights 3 days week.... anyway... it's hard for me cause i take my lunch outside.... most of the time i look for places where they offer good amount of vege, red meat and protein... but sometimes the way it's prepared.... gotta close both eyes and eat!!!

Good read about fasted cardio : http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_articl...rdio_roundtable

Seems like fasted cardio is really catabolic, if you don't have a proper diet. HIIT is better in my opinion but there's no way I can do them in the same day I workout ( some catabolic and energy issues again ) ... Just looking for another alternatives to fat burning during workout day.

Fasted cardio is really a fast method to cut your fat. But without sufficient of nutrient, you might loss muscle too. I tried that.

Added on December 24, 2008, 12:17 amI wonder will this issue gettting better if we consume BCAA (anti-catabolic) before fasted cardio in morning
