i love brocolli man. i normally steam them with carrots, cabbage. add in 200gm of chicken breast meat and that's my dinner

lao.. i'm on low carb diet. so i dont take oats these days..

besides, jones said he cooks. IIRC, he's on low-carb diet too. so i'm curious on what he's cooking and eating.

lol, i LMAO when i see this. anyway, i think for those omega eggs are slightly expensive for certain reason. it's up to individual to eat whichever kinda eggs. heck, even myself take omega eggs most of the time.

as much as i love eggs, i only take 3 whole eggs per day. so it doesnt really matter for whichever eggs when it comes to cost effective issue. if you're taking 10 egg whites per day, then it's another story
