what you can try do is only tan for 15-30 mins REGULARLY(3x a week?). and slowly up the duration to 1 hour perhaps. if you do 4 hours one shot means burn lo... then will be pain and peel off for new skin.

not too bad. been busy and lost some mass.. now manage to back some on. currently weighing at 70kgs... FINALLY!.....first time get to be 70kgs... w00t!
but no camera la.. my mother took it for her holiday trip. tongue.gif

angles are slightly different making it harder to tell. but from what i observe, can't really see much diff... even bulu also seems the same length. lol

whats the time gap btwn the 2 pics?

Its much harder to compare when the angles and poses are different.
but even then, still can see some progress. in chest and arms. but again, the diff angles and poses makes it hard to tell.
why is it a May 08 pic? its Dec now. lol. can't u take a more recent picture?

to put on 15kgs in 2 months is not entirely recomended...
there are articles around saying that should only put on 1lbs of weight a week. anyting much more than that would more likely to be fats.
and even out of that 1lbs/week, its also both muscle and fats... which is more is depending on the body's nutitiion partitioning profile, current bf%, wrokout/training activity, age and also body type.
so if 1lb per week, 2 months is about 8 weeks.. shd be 8 lbs kua...
but this is whats recomended la.

just curios why 90kgs by march?
whats the rush anyway? bodybuilding is a lifestyle, no great deal to rush into things... smile.gif

Whats your HIIT vehicle? jogging? skating? rowing? cycling? elliptical?

why are you sore all over? i've done HIIT up to 5x a week before and no soreness issues then. as a matter of fact, i don't even get sore doing HIIT. (threadmill- running)
the only time i did have trouble while doing HIIT was after leg workout days.
and even then, its not HIIT that was the problem.. it was my sore legs from leg workouts the day b4.
could it be not enough protein in your diet? blink.gif

Maybe your hiit is super intense so you end up sore. hehe tongue.gif

u shd try tabata circuits too. supposed to be worse then HIIT.

my pace is variable. but first round is 10 incline at 15kmph for 1 min.
then starts to reduce from there each circuit. can't maintain the same speed... the last circuit could be around 6-8 incline at speed 9-11kmph. depending on how i feel.
when i'm out of shape i might rest 2 mins instead of 1 btwn the high intensity pace

Alright. i'm done with enough cutting for now. thats about 3 months plus of cutting. ish!
cutting through Christmas, friends weddings, bday parties and CNY is so annoying!

was on body part split HVT while bulking. switched back to HST for cutting.
dunno what cycle ald. HST is cool but it has its limitations too.

When i ended bulking was at 73kgs.
when finished cutting was at 65kgs.
body fat % was at 18.6% dropped to 11.6%.
actual target was around 8%. but didn't hit it.. and i think i've spent too much time cutting ald. so gonna get back to bulking.

yeah, was actually aiming for 8%bf. but nvm, after this bulking cycle, will try to hit for 8% bf the next cutting cycle.

yeah, the stomach vacumm is a bber thingy to create a better illusion effect.
i don't really pose much so when i do the vacuum effect didn't turn out too well also. perhaps more posing practice so it looks more "natural"
