yo yo guys... i wanna ask a very classic question.. i am not a member of any gym alreayd... my uni's gym also closed...

i am moving 2 a foreign country soon... dont think i can afford a gym there...

is it posible i build my whole body with just body weight?

so far i managed my upper part of my body with push ups and chin ups... ermm... i know middle section can do situps/'leg up" but havent try... btm legs calf and d rest can just sprint?

Here's my progress pics. I wanna look good with a shirt on first btw.

Long Term Goal: Build Muscle and Burn Fat
Current Goal: Build Muscle

I'm pure ectomorph, gained 16 kg in 5 months, my height is 185cm / 6 feet 1 inch, 5 Months ago my weight is is 57kg, Now my weight is 74kg, 16% body fat (in the pic).

Note: In my after pictures, my deltoids are actually smaller in real life at that time, but I rolled up a small roll of tissue paper and inserted it on my deltoids during the time of the picture because I actually took the picture to see whether I need more deltoid workouts or not. Now my deltoids have grown bigger after I work on it more.

How comment when we can't see whats under your tshirt.

The only obvious thing is you are getting meatier from the arms

Standing presses aren't really a bodybuilding exercise. I feel that there are better ones for delts such as the seated version or as 4Rings suggested, dbs or machine. The Smith is pretty good for that too.

Lol thanks. it was 100% NO steroid gains btw. I didnt use real bodybuilding supplements either, just everyday milk, quaker oatmeal, some peanut butter and natural foods. And getting meatier is whats most important for me right now. No point taking off my shirt for now, cuz my muscles grew alot, and my body fat also grew alot, but since the fat layer is on top of the muscles, you won't really see much. I'll probably take off my shirt next year when I have gained even more muscle and able to do the cutting down on fats. For the time being I'm relieved that at least I can finally look normal at least after being a skeleton man since i was born Lol.

Yeah, there is religious issue in taking shirt off. I say it there cuz ppl there would understand why also. As muslims, for guys, we actually can't show our the area from our belly button to our knee to public especially random ppl on the internet. For girls, actually cannot show all parts except face and the palm area. So if I wanna take off my shirt right now, I'll have to cover up the belly button area by censoring it or cover it with smth, that means I can only show like probably half of my not visible abs and upwards. I also did state another reason right, its because I wanna look good with a shirt on first, thats my goal for now, you can ask darklight79, there is such a goal laugh.gif.

Plus for now if you see also you won't see much muscles, cuz got fat covering it. If you ask darklight also I'm sure he have ppl who tell him that that lean muscular model looked more muscular than him just because the model had low body fat but in reality actually darklight has more bigger muscles just that he have some fat covering it so you don't see the muscularity much. I think his goal is just to get as big as he can first biggrin.gif isnt that right darklight?

You also should realize that I'm 6 feet 1 inch tall, and just like what Jamis and Registryeditor been talking about lately, I have a lot more filling up to do. With the fact that I was underweight, then I have even more filling up to do. tongue.gif

Despite the fat, your muscle is still well definsed. Where do u normally work-out? H0ow long have u been doing that? Am now looking for a centre too.
