I was an ecto, not more than 120lbs b4 pumping iron.
I remember my upper arm was 11+ inch and my thigh was not more than 19". I built my right arm to 16 1/4" and left arm 16 3/4" after pump in 1989. My quads were 24". Why was my left arm bigger than my right? My left arm was lagging behind then. I did extra set on my right bicep and ended up out- grown the right. |
