That elderly guy on the far left is in his 70's now. Still working out in a gym.
He is a GP, still running his clinic too.

I was 5' 7". My off season weight was almost 180lb at my highest before I gave up BB.

I am training at Hi Energy Gym near Ampang Point. &.30am - 8.20am Mon to Fri.
Not serious workout tho.

I was an ecto, not more than 120lbs b4 pumping iron.
I remember my upper arm was 11+ inch and my thigh was not more than 19". I built my right arm to 16 1/4" and left arm 16 3/4" after pump in 1989.
My quads were 24". Why was my left arm bigger than my right? My left arm was lagging behind then. I did extra set on my right bicep and ended up out- grown the right.
