I never think of cutting whenever I got the access to gym, it's lots of research out there about bodybuilding(cutting, bulking, blah blah) and I'm tired of reading them(I don't like to read anyway

), thus I just plan what I need to do and back to the basic, that's lift the bloody weight! Too much theory without action is plain stupid. That is, just do what you need to do. Anyway, I found that HVT works best for me.
I only do cardio when I'm back to hometown, that is around 2-3 months a year, I do not do cardio when I have access to gym cause I hate cardio
The carbs intake? most of the time for
breakfast
-cereal+half scoop of whey+milk (full bowl)
afternoon
-normal economic rice
-postworkout
-Whey+vitargo+creatine+xtend
dinner
-normal economic rice OR prepare my own meat and vegetable without rice
I did take snack in between meal whenever I feel hungry like extra cereal(I like cereal

), or any fruit like apple, orange....you name it
