Your answer shouldn’t be “biceps or chest, etc.” You should know exactly what lift you are performing to meet your needs, not just a general muscle group. No, straight bar curls is not a primary lift…neither is partial range of motion smith machine “shoulder press.” Pick better exercises.

u are underweight.....
but so am i!! hahaha... nvm eat more protein ..less carbs ( yes this will kill your wallet)
and try doing 1 year consistent befor u can see sum awesome progress

no point.... u better use that money to get better food ...more often... eat chicken ..beef (if u can) ... meat generally.... and also stay away from too much rice...
unless u dont mind putting on A LOT of fat .... then have to cut... better have slow progression of size + lean muscle mass rather than fast bulk but fat...
