QUOTE(ExpZero @ Jun 7 2009, 06:49 PM) Thanks, compliment encourage me to continue it Waa, very nice progress there ExpZero. So you've found your secret to the path of muscle gain and fat loss at the same time.. impressive. I think it's because muscle mass is heavier than fat. From pic2 I looks like same size with the pic1, but in reality I'm the way much more bigger than the pic1, that's why I'm so heavy. In fact, I still can wear the same pants in Pic1, my waist just get small by around 1 inch I eat a lot of protein(milk, egg, meat etc..etc) since I started bodybuilding, I bulk all the way till now unless when I have no access to gym(back to hometown), cook myself some meat after workout, trying to avoid stuff like nasi-lemak, roti-canai especially at midnight teh-tarik session. My arm get numb easily nowadays, does anyone have this problem? Well, I think my size of 87kg is enough, I'm not any bodybuilder nor power lifter, I'm juts a gym-goer How many cardio u did per week and how long? -- When u bulk, how many grams of carbs your intake per day? Wondering how u manage to cut the fat in waist area without cutting. Again, impressive. |

QUOTE(ExpZero @ Jun 10 2009, 05:24 PM) Sorry been away and didn't notice your post. Haa, actually I hate cardio also. I never think of cutting whenever I got the access to gym, it's lots of research out there about bodybuilding(cutting, bulking, blah blah) and I'm tired of reading them(I don't like to read anyway I only do cardio when I'm back to hometown, that is around 2-3 months a year, I do not do cardio when I have access to gym cause I hate cardio The carbs intake? most of the time for breakfast -cereal+half scoop of whey+milk (full bowl) afternoon -normal economic rice -postworkout -Whey+vitargo+creatine+xtend dinner -normal economic rice OR prepare my own meat and vegetable without rice I did take snack in between meal whenever I feel hungry like extra cereal(I like cereal I'm doing HVT also - eg. for chest, 6 to 8 sets of 6 to 10 rep of Incline and Flat bench. Machine decline 4 - 5 sets of 6 to 10 rep. Dumbell or cable crossover of 4 - 5 sets of 6 - 12 rep. I dont limit my rep, just go as far as I can. But recently i have decrease in strenght. I cant take the normal weight like last time. I need to drop off 6 - 8 pounds of my weight. Any problem? This happen on me since i start cutting. Not eating enough? Any opinion on my workout? |

QUOTE(Hamilton @ Jun 11 2009, 03:21 AM) Don't u think u should choose a weight that limits u to do bout 8-12 reps? Or u're doing this when cutting only? Depends. If I have the energy for that day, I will do more and heavier. Like when one of my cute meatballs teddybear cousin ask me to go for nice lunch, then after that I will do heavier. When cutting, I will just jogs more and control my diet. Sometimes will lift lower volume but higher rep and shorter resting time so I can feel my heart pump fast. This post has been edited by 2way: Jun 11 2009, 03:54 AM |
