I can do a front spread, but everytime I try a back spread it comes out weird. doh.gif And thanks, heh. biggrin.gif

deadlift progress...
managed to do 365lbs already. which is 165.9kg
haha... 1RM. will try to make it 3rm then move on to 175kg. =.=

All rite here's my condition 7Days out from Mr.Selangor.. This time I manage to drop 1.5kg, can't drop to much in short period of time, don't want to take a chance to lose my muscle size.

kmaru.. looking good.. but if comparing to the previous photo.. looking...well...same... cept maybe ur chest in the first pic.. but lighting may come into play there...

dude, still basah. buat cardio, tak? insert la two 45mins cardio sessions. cut the carbs, double or triple up the glutamine.

basah = water retention = muscle look bloating...so hv to throw out water to make the muscle look more ripped...
