Wow. When I'm in the cutting stage after all this gorging on milk, I'll ask you how you did this.

Thanks, compliment encourage me to continue it
I think it's because muscle mass is heavier than fat. From pic2 I looks like same size with the pic1, but in reality I'm the way much more bigger than the pic1, that's why I'm so heavy. In fact, I still can wear the same pants in Pic1, my waist just get small by around 1 inch I eat a lot of protein(milk, egg, meat etc..etc) since I started bodybuilding, I bulk all the way till now unless when I have no access to gym(back to hometown), cook myself some meat after workout, trying to avoid stuff like nasi-lemak, roti-canai especially at midnight teh-tarik session. My arm get numb easily nowadays, does anyone have this problem? Well, I think my size of 87kg is enough, I'm not any bodybuilder nor power lifter, I'm juts a gym-goer |

It's been a while since I last posted a front progress pic. I'm not the rippest guy here, but oh well. Plus my chest is the most resistant part to grow, it likes to be flat. However, ever since darklight corrected my bench press form the other day, I can extend my chest more since I had to force myself to let the bar touch my chest. Before this my shoulder joint was very rigid and it won't stretch further.
Can't be bothered about my abs, this is Malaysia anyway, the food here is a good ab smoothener. Recent back pic as in the avatar. Go. June 7, 2009. 81kg ![]() This post has been edited by Florian: Jun 7 2009, 08:16 PM |

QUOTE(diablokun @ Jun 7 2009, 09:42 PM) Thanks.I use to have a long neck before I started training, and now it's growing faster than the rest of the body, especially that damn chest...any tips on training the chest? I feel that after doing smith machine incline bench press and replace BB bench press with DB bench press for 1 month+ is making my stabilizing muscles weaker, I tried flat BB bench press the other day and I was wobbling like a jelly with 90lbs. Which means, it's back to flat BB press this week. Damn this gym doesn't have a incline bench with a free barbell rack, and no decline bench, lat pull down, calf raise machine, and the bar is missing from the cable machine set. and no pec deck flye machine, They should sell that triceps machine and shoulder press machine and put a set of heavier DBs. I've been doing 50lbs DB press for a very very long time... This post has been edited by Florian: Jun 8 2009, 12:17 AM |

So you've found your secret to the path of muscle gain and fat loss at the same time.. impressive. I think it's because muscle mass is heavier than fat. My arm get numb easily nowadays, does anyone have this problem? Well, I think my size of 87kg is enough, I'm not any bodybuilder nor power lifter, I'm juts a gym-goer How many cardio u did per week and how long? -- When u bulk, how many grams of carbs your intake per day? Wondering how u manage to cut the fat in waist area without cutting. Again, impressive. |
