In the first place, they did not give me my ID and password to access my bookings online (maybe I did have 1 but I forgot).

During my first call in Sept, I requested for my ID and password. Nothing given to me.
My 2nd call this week, I requested again, nothing given to me again.

The online system sucks too. If you forgot your password, you need to enter both ID and email. If you did not have either one, you can't retrieve your password online.

I have to resort to calling.

And apparently, if you are booking a flight with Air Asia using existing credits, the only way is via the phone. You can't do it online, according to the Air Asia customer service lady from Thailand.

Erm the ID and and password is when you register ur user name = ID, u forgot just go request to change password or forgot ID, then they'll send to ur mail .. other details u click check and change whatever they ask u to key in there all stated in ur booking print out .. everything can be done online, if you say want to cancel flight and ask for refund then not possible

Hmm credit cannot be done online, however e-voucher can be done, keying in codes I wonder are they the same as ur credit?

was travelling with airasia from kota kinabalu the other day.
upon reaching lcct, it starts raining. and we have to rush to the terminal. no umbrella provided.... fine!
it was a heavy rain afterwards. and guess what, we have to wait for almost 2 hours for the lugage to be cleared.
worst still! a few of us couldn't find our lugage at the designated bagage claim. after searching around, it was placed at the nearby lost and found counter..... soaked with water!
when i ask the person in charge at the counter..... his simple answer was "can't do anything, it was heavy rain!" he don't even bother to give a proper explanation or a simple sorry!

i know their rates is cheap but providing such a lousy service doesn't help them in the long run.
nah, enough of 'em. from now on, no more airasia for me!

one thing i don't understand about Air Asia is why the price fluctuates all the time? Last week I check the price was 120 cheaper, today 120 extra and probably next week they drop their price again ...

This is not about promotion they are doing, there was no promo but yet the price changes all the time ...

I flew with few budget airlines before but never try AA. I think AA should follow the service that budget airlines in UK. I feel like fly with 5 star airlines when i fly with them.

i have to say, airasia is cheap, good for those who need to travel often, but do not have lots of money

i am one of them

and they help a lot of travel lovers to fly to more countries

basically, i love air asia

however, their service, package, punctual and flight is not up to standard. i can understand, this may becos we pay less, they are not effort to do that

but if i have money, i may consider better air flight

wish air aisa have better service in the future.......waiting......

yeap, from my previous booking experiences, prices tend to be cheaper from Mon- Thurs.

To note, i'm thankful to Air Asia for catering the budget flyers like me. Without their existence, many of us won't be able to fly/travel around cheaply, and best of all, forces MAS to lower their prices

I'm pretty thankful too although AA might give me a lot of trouble I need to check the fares everytime or piss me off when the fares go down but still I have no choice but to take this airline..

n because of AA I can fly to australia to visit my bf I've never seen for very long ..

before AA comes up, less people got chances to go place like bangkok, HK and so on and maids were forced to pay high MAS fares, so in the end still brought us some good, other than the CS never pick their phones ..

I wish I could know when the fares is the down period because year end flight tickets to aus really very expensive, I checked 2weeks ago was 250 lower .. now ...

Those signing up for Citibank card normally get the info & allow to book earlier than others. Or really hv to wait for their announcement on prints.

i hate airports because we cant bring water in.
i experience once in air asia,
i was forced to throw away my bottles of waters.
right after i passed the security,
got a kiosk like 7-11,
selling stuff like gel, water etc.
all double of the price.

i was so freaking angry.

its not like we are gona put bom into our water bottles.

This has been ALL airport security requirements worldwide.
Nothing to be pissed off. If you don't like it, do not travel by air, simple.
BTW its only for international flights..

I don't understand, what is there to be mad about here? Everyone knows this is strictly all requirements set by airports and everyone have to follow. Too bad if you did not bother to read up the news or u did but still trying to go against ...

Double pricing is understood, then why don't you go genting or sunway lagoon ask them, hey why you sell food so expensive? All tourist spots are allowed to do that, lcct aiport the things are not really that expensive, the most also one mineral water rm2?? I bought sweets there they're the same price I got at 7-11

You're not gonna place a bomb, but how about others? How about the security of all other passengers on the plane ...
