good thing about AA: damn cheap fare during certain season!
err.... friendly pilot and their cabin crew are more easier to get along with; including the mobile number. is this a good thing ar? unsure.gif

bad thing about AA: their ground staff are quite 'lcly'. they thought most of the AA traveller are those cheapskate doh.gif
AA should educate 'em.
and the worst; FREQUENT FLIGHT DELAY vmad.gif , especially at the evening.

btw, aren't the nasi lemak cost around rm12 for domestic flight?

was travelling with airasia from kota kinabalu the other day.
upon reaching lcct, it starts raining. and we have to rush to the terminal. no umbrella provided.... fine!
it was a heavy rain afterwards. and guess what, we have to wait for almost 2 hours for the lugage to be cleared.
worst still! a few of us couldn't find our lugage at the designated bagage claim. after searching around, it was placed at the nearby lost and found counter..... soaked with water!
when i ask the person in charge at the counter..... his simple answer was "can't do anything, it was heavy rain!" he don't even bother to give a proper explanation or a simple sorry!

i know their rates is cheap but providing such a lousy service doesn't help them in the long run.
nah, enough of 'em. from now on, no more airasia for me!
