just like you, i top up RM20 x 9 or 10 times before received my actual card, when card arrive, inside balance was already RM220

during top up, also 1 incident which i key in the incorrect ccv first time...and the correct ccv 2nd time... eventually both top up also "VALID" and top up to my bigpay....


i lost nothing .... just topped up additional amount inside

Same as my husband. He topped up 3xRM20 because it seemed like it didn't go through. But card charged 3x and he received Big Pay card with RM60.

Pheww... so seems like i'm not the only one who are facing this issue. Lousy BigPay!

it depends on the bank, if you are using Public Bank, make sure the reload is over RM1500 and maximum only 6 months repayment to get 0% interest.
else you always can call to any bank credit card to request for flexi pay but most of them will have on time fee or management fee.

I transact using UOBPAYONLINE yesterday to pay assessment fee, bu today received email saying unable to process? is it only applicable for UNIFI n etc?

So I started using BigPay since 27th May, I just did a full calculation of all my topups and minus off all my expenses but turns out my available balance in my account is incorrect.

After doing the calculations, I should have RM433.55 in my account but now its only showing RM343.13 as my remaining balance.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Are you sure all your expenses have appeared in the app? Made comparisons to your "actual" expenses (online, paper trail, etc?)

Yes.. There a possibility the app balance may not tally in such cases. Take this opportunity for readers to voice out this concern to Bigpay as they have been slow to keep up with customer growth vs app stability. Lodge a report with the financial regulator please someone.

Nope, i maintain a Google spreadsheet and it does tally, try going through your transaction histories on the app

Any overseas transactions? Use "Settled" amount instead of "Pending".

No overseas transaction, I already tried extracting the analytical data and from there it shows that I should have RM433.55 as well. None of the pending transactions add up to the lost amount of RM90.42.

Am currently contacting BigPay staff thought their website, gonna send over my analytical data for them to investigation the issue.

I would suggest all of you to constantly check on your balance to make sure it's correct.

under apps, go Analytics > Export

From there you see all yr transaction, included today Pending,Approved,Settled.
