Is there any withdrawal limit for Bigpay or it is depends on the ATM machine withdrawal limit?

See what they answer... Still didn't give us a guideline... Anyway for those who got suspended, you can always contact their support to unblock the card if valid reason given.
What my suggestion is if really we got use it to buy something, especially for my case is groceries, i don't think they will suspend the card if the withdrawal is only 2-3 times per month. I think they will only suspend those who withdraw too much in a huge amount and didn't use their card to pay something at all Attached thumbnail(s) |

anyone facing problem logging in?
it keep giving failed to obtain blah blah blah... i try logout also unable to login again, ask me to check connection... i try another 2 phones also unable to sign up or login... Can already~ QUOTE(hebe87 @ Jun 14 2018, 03:49 PM) most likely is the ATM can't dispense RM100 notes. Therefore you can only withdraw up to RM1500 (30 X RM50) Just now I tried withdraw RM3000 from a machine used to dispense RM100 note but failed…try look for ATM or ATM+CDM that can dispense RM100 notes Then I tried RM1500 also failed… But then successfully with RM1000~ I withdraw twice, don't dare to withdraw 3 times, scared triggered their attention… This post has been edited by tan_aniki: Jun 14 2018, 06:13 PM |

Hope the current government won't impose the RM50 for principal and RM25 for supplementary credit card holder after 1st September 2018 as this is under Budget 2010 which is from Najib to cover his 1MDB ass...

QUOTE(Alec.Yong @ Jun 17 2018, 05:24 PM) if really implement back the RM50/RM25 charges, i might only use HLB Fortune to do reload to Bigpay to earn extra Big Points...Which card do you all prefer to keep? For me, HLB Fortune is the only card that can give over RM2400 (plus FD interest if didn't withdraw from the Real Cash account) CB per year for annual spending below RM264k, if spending over RM264k, then Essential card will be the next best with over RM2400 till unlimited CB. |

QUOTE(skty @ Jun 19 2018, 11:55 AM) No. Let’s say you have your own BIGPAY card and your wife also got her own BIGPAY card. I don't think so, because the AirAsia Big reward is according to the account name, for example buying tickets with other name not entitled to Big Points. Can both cards share the same BIG account so all BUG point credited into the same account for BIG point accumulation? Anyone did this before? So for different Bigpay account name, it won't allow you to tie to different Big account name. Anyway you can try as after you enter the Big account, they got a team to verify before it shown up in your Bigpay apps. |

Has anyone else encountered this? Will the BigPay account only be updated later? Thanks in advance. uob payonline got delay one... |

QUOTE(chlee87 @ Jun 9 2018, 10:02 PM) 1% unlimited cash back is hong leong essential visa(1st 5k is 0.6%,more then 5k is 1%) ,fortune visa provide 2% real cash if u manage wipe 9k every month. no need 9k per month, RM68k per year (RM5666.67/month) can get RM880 bonus in addition to RM50/month = RM1480/RM68k = 2.18%of cos RM9k/month to get RM108k/year and RM1800 bonus is the max which is RM2400/RM108k = 2.22% |

QUOTE(bluemeanie85 @ Jun 19 2018, 11:33 PM) after i swiped my bigpay card today, a store attendant asked to see the card again, as she claimed this was the first time she saw such a card and didn't know which bank it was issued from. i obliged, but didn't realize until it was too late that she took a photo of the front of my card, possibly to send to their technical team. i did request her to delete the photo afterwards, but i'm not sure how exposed i am, given that the photo contains my credit card number and expiry date. has anyone here had a similar experience? without a CVV or TAC, can someone still make a fraudulent transaction? without the card verification code behind, they are unable to use it online purchase unless they can clone your sim card for TAC as well~normally some merchant they just straight away key in all your card details into their system to prevent fake credit/debit card because they only can do settlement end of the day. don't worry so much as long as they didn't take away the CVC behind and clone your sim card or take away your pin etc. |

QUOTE(eddie2020 @ Jun 20 2018, 08:30 PM) tear up your hlb wise card, it is no longer wise card since need to spend at least RM2k/month in order to get 10% CB capped at RM100/month which is 100/2000 = 5% and somemore need to pay AF without waiver which means (1200-300)/24000 or (1200-250)/24000 or (1200-160)/2400 = 3.75/3.96/4.33, all less than 5%... of cos you can get more CB than what PBVS/PBQMC/PBQV/MBBVS gived per month, but overrall the best card is still HLB Fortune which gives you over RM2400 CB per year |

QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Jun 21 2018, 08:07 AM) I spend RM1000/month on Insurance and Govt which I may get only 0-0.2% rebate/reward. so my return is not less than 8%. For me my insurance is about RM1345 combining my kids and mine.If Bigpay topup is part of month spend, assume cash withdraw RM3000 every quarter, then (100x12) - (6x4) - 160 = 1016 / 12000 (spend on 3 categories, excl bigpay) -> 8.47% With the normal spending on others spending combining my wife and company hotel/flight purchase, i can easily get the RM68k bonus which is RM880, although i got RM1800 bonus in my first year. It's your own decision to get RM1016 cash back per year (for higher CB %) with HLB Wise or you can combine with others to get RM1440/RM2400++ per year (although lower CB %) with HLB Fortune. Btw i'm also spending online transaction just for PBVS and PBQMC, using PBQMV to reload 2 X RM500 into Bigpay every week just to get the campaign RM50 cash back + RM10 (4000 VIP points) as the same time. Sometime we need to maximize the cash back value, not the cash back %. QUOTE(seankeith90 @ Jun 21 2018, 08:15 AM) There is additional real cash at the end of your card financial year.If you spend RM38k/year you got RM280, RM68k got RM880 and RM108k got RM1800. My first year got a lot of furniture and electrical stuff to buy since buying a new house and easily achieve over RM108k and thus get RM2400 for the first year (RM1800 + RM50X12). If you don't take it out to offset your card balance, you can get additional FD interest as well. Now i got over RM4k real cash in the account over 2 years and my current real cash account gave me over RM10 per month just for the interest. |

QUOTE(blu.sockz @ Jun 21 2018, 05:21 PM) hi guys can we still make the payment when say the amount to be paid (e.g RM1000) is more than the available credit that i have (e.g RM100)? Sometime people are just lazy to read the TnC...just thinking if we did not topup enough and suddenly we need to make a purchase, will it still go thru... https://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/0156cb_0421e...3ef676007b2.pdf You should frequently review your Card Account to check and verify your Available Balance before using your Card. You must always ensure that there are sufficient funds in your Card Account to pay for each transaction and to cover the total amount transacted on your Card Account, including purchases, recurring transactions, cash withdrawals, fees and other charges. If the total amount in your Card account is insufficient, your transaction will be declined and in the case of recurring declined transactions, you would have to make your own arrangements for payment with the recurring merchant. If you have not paid any of the fees (as may be applicable), your Card cannot be used and we will be entitled to block, suspend and/or to terminate your Card account. |

QUOTE(blu.sockz @ Jun 22 2018, 10:52 AM) chill bro, my question managed to trigger ppl to share their experiences as you can see. their sharing are really helpful to everyone. just make sure you got enough balance before using your card, top up is pretty fast and available just after you key in the OTP.and im not asking 'where' or 'what' is the terms and condition. relax. remember they don't like people owe them money as they are not credit card. |

QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Jun 23 2018, 01:33 AM) Just to share my personal experience with activating my BigPay card for those having trouble. perhaps when you all activate the card, get a stable internet connection rather than using mobile data...I received my card just a few days after application. However, once I tried to activate, the app kept telling me that my CVC was wrong and I was just stuck on the "card delivered" page. I called CS several times, and they said that my card was already successfully activated in their system (at the same time that I entered in my CVC). Their instructions were to a) log out/log in, b) restart phone, c) uninstall/ install app. In the meantime, they said they would also look into whether there were any technical problems at their end. After a week of no resolution and several calls, I told them that I had done all their steps (a) to © several times every day to no avail and I wanted someone to seriously look into my issue and call me back on a daily basis to update me on what THEY were doing. The next day (without me doing anything), my card was suddenly activated. And someone called me a few hours later to check if everything was OK. Although I was quite frustrated, it was eventually sorted out. For anyone who is facing problems with activation similar to mine, perhaps you can do all the steps (a) to © above BEFORE calling CS. Then tell them that you have already done everything, and that you would like them to check whether there is an error at THEIR end. Otherwise, they will probably assume the problem lies with you, which delays the entire process. yes, reset everything and try login again with your phone number, they will retract back the information and if doesn't, need to call the CS. |

QUOTE(thankyou @ Jun 23 2018, 11:27 AM) I tried to perform initial topup RM20 with my Citibank Cashback Visa however, it always brought me back to CVV page after I enter the SMS OTP. if i remember correctly, after you have made the initial RM20 top up, it will direct to the page printing the card and wait for the shipment of your card.Is Citibank block their cashback visa on BigPay merchant? after you receive the card then only press the button at the bottom of the page, don't simply press it without the card or else might face error like what most of the forum here got after getting the card, they might have a timer there to enter the CVC for the physical card. |
