So mean BigPay treated as Online Transaction for JOP?

FAKe police report will make u in trouble.. refrain to advise something which is against law..

My friend got this BigPay car after recarding, first delivery went missing that’s y BigPay send new card to him .. but he can’t activate his card after key in the cvv no., call cs n cs asked to delete and reinstall the app, but still same issue.. n now cs said will need time to check.. anyone have same experience, how long will they take to resolve this issue? My friend need to book AirAsia ticket, waiting for so long to get the card but can’t activate ..

My friend 1 finally activated, but he didn’t get any referral reward for the activation despite he used my referral code..

I don’t have the email n I’m not aware of RM2 oversea spending too.

Tried to logout n login, still can't see the switch button...

I think call is faster.. coz I tried to message with them using the in app function, no response 1 even after so many days

But my friend case on activation and referral rewards is settled with call.. no email also..

I email them about the oversea spending point issue, no reply at all.. no acknowledgement also..

Wow, I didn’t know u can’t pay for ur spouse also.. spouse is not consider as immediate family? This is insurance co policy or only for AIA?

Ya, normally I do autodebit to my SCB JOP card. But when I come across this, I wonder how come not allow to pay for spouse.. is it something new by all insurance co n will it affect those auto debit since u need to choose relationship to the policy holder when fill up the autodebit form

Hmm.. I don think so since the supporting doc to claim this tax relief is ur policy annual statement from insurance co.. no matter who pay for it.. the policyholder is the only one can claim the tax relief.. sorry for off topic..

BigPay points are calculated based on two methods which is as follows:

1)Every reload worth RM50= 1 Big points.
2)Every transaction worth RM20= 1Big points.

In this case, you will be awarded with 18 points for the transaction on 29 May 2018 at King Power Duty Free Phuket amounting RM372.28 and you did not missed out any points. If you need a greater explanation on points functions you can check out through the BigPay apps. Log in to the apps and swipe the app screen to the right where you can view your points summary. Tap on the option "How do I earn points?" to view the method to earn points.

Frankly, their tnc nvr mentioned about oversea spending will be rm2= 1 point, so I just try my luck with ur email.

i try to top up, money not in, but my card charged..unable to reach BigPay, call nobody answer, what should I do now?

I used at Phuket, they ask me to sign instead of pin.. I didn’t sign on the card, they asked me to sign immediately b4 they swipe the card

No need to wait for PBB to charge u, u just need to lodge complaint to BigPay..

For my case, i give them the screenshot of my OTP received showing the time n card last 4 digit. n next day Bigpay do back end top up..

Happened to me last week.

Big point also need them to refund back end.

I think only android phone can’t screenshot, no issue for iOS phone.


I didn’t know -ve amount can be custom too, last time can’t even overpaid using mytnb app, can only do partial payment from outstanding amount, is it the new app feature?
