Did a search earlier to find an answer but couldn't...
For online transactions, do you put your REAL NAME, or just the serial number stated on the card?
My card has a serial number and not my name.

I just did a UOB payonline transaction (to pay TNB) with BigPay card, and the transaction appeared to go through, but my BigPay balance is still the same.
No approval e-mail received yet (as the transaction was done only 5 minutes ago).
Has anyone else encountered this? Will the BigPay account only be updated later?

Just to share my personal experience with activating my BigPay card for those having trouble.
I received my card just a few days after application. However, once I tried to activate, the app kept telling me that my CVC was wrong and I was just stuck on the "card delivered" page.
I called CS several times, and they said that my card was already successfully activated in their system (at the same time that I entered in my CVC).
Their instructions were to a) log out/log in, b) restart phone, c) uninstall/ install app. In the meantime, they said they would also look into whether there were any technical problems at their end.
After a week of no resolution and several calls, I told them that I had done all their steps (a) to © several times every day to no avail and I wanted someone to seriously look into my issue and call me back on a daily basis to update me on what THEY were doing.
The next day (without me doing anything), my card was suddenly activated. And someone called me a few hours later to check if everything was OK.
Although I was quite frustrated, it was eventually sorted out.
For anyone who is facing problems with activation similar to mine, perhaps you can do all the steps (a) to © above BEFORE calling CS. Then tell them that you have already done everything, and that you would like them to check whether there is an error at THEIR end. Otherwise, they will probably assume the problem lies with you, which delays the entire process.

I got SGD100 = MYR296.26 on 14 June.
PayPal conversion for that transaction was 312.94!!
