After seeing the sharing by jkngo2003, I quickly dig out my AA Ezpay Passport from the drawer, as I rarely use the card after applied it for 1 year. Now I would say this card is my general card now. Why? If you fully utilize this card, you can get 5%/5.3%/6% of cashback for ANY type of transaction in the world everyday, depending which card you use to top up with! Right now, I am using UOB Vox card to top up the Ezpay Passport, this means I can use the card for any transaction and get cashback. It works like reloading Touch&Go with your CC, get cash rebate from the CC, and use the Touch&Go card at the places to enjoy the rebate.

So this card will be the ultimate general card as it yield 5-6% rebate for any type of transaction, additional unlimited overseas cashback of 0.5%, zero processing fee when purchasing AirAsia flight tickets, low exchange rate, etc.

And I have reloaded twice today, still able to top up using credit cards.

where RM10 kicks in?

1 swipe per month should not be difficult right? Especially this will be your general usage card  Otherwise you will be charged RM2.50 (you have already realized instead of RM10), which is cheaper than UOB Vox of RM6.36

As for iPay88, previously Groupon was using it as a payment gateway and I believe most of us have gotten the rebate from Vox. Plus the TAC SMS I received is for online purchase (similar to Posonline case), so by theory it is eligible for cashback. If anyone is in doubt, better wait for my confirmation at the end of June, meanwhile those who have PBB VS can go ahead and test out whether it has rebate

I can't seem to top-up using credit card for the second time, does this means the credit card topup is exclusive to old customers?

same concern too. however, reading the thread, it doesnt happen to specific new or old cardholder.

I applied for physical card.

called them, apparently according to the service center only 1st topup you can use credit card
subsequent topups are only via fpx or cimb atms

no idea how @jkngo2003 did his topup

the only logical explanation i could think of is it is only available for old customers?

there must be certain condition(s) to meet...

e.g. <rm50 balance only show cc option? no continuous reload with cc (e.g. reload-use-reload)? etc etc

perhaps wait to activate first, then see if the cc option available?

if not, then use credit a bit, then try again.

there must be a trigger point to enable the cc option to reload

It's ok with the FPX transfer. They won't charge you any service fee for the reload. I have done it using maybank2u

I just applied, reload using CC 1st time, card yet to arrive, subsequent reloads cannot be done using CC

As for myself (1 year holder of v card) I can topup using cc without a problem.

1. No risk with my main bank account for online or on the phone purchases. No money in, nothing to get out. Just put in what you need for purchases. If someone gets into your account, only a small balance available. NEVER GIVE INFO FROM YOUR MAIN BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD OR CC!!
2. Air Asia tickets and points
3. Reload at CIMB cash deposit machines...just like paying bills or making a cash deposit into a bank account. I think you can even have it direct/online transferred if you have a CIMB bank account.
4. Reliable...even overseas....can use with no worries
5. Small charge for the convenience, but worth it to me! Been using this for around 3-4 years.

I would be afraid (even if it could be done) to link this to a CC. You need barriers these days in the automated world.

last month i reload 2 times into ezpay prepaid using credit card, no problem. today i reload again into ezpay, no problem using credit card. payment gateway is mobile88.

Physical card (red & black color). Apply in April 2015. Reloaded 7 times already. All using credit card. My account dont have CIMB Click for me to reload. Only FPX and VISA/ MC to reload.
