I tried to perform initial topup RM20 with my Citibank Cashback Visa however, it always brought me back to CVV page after I enter the SMS OTP.

Is Citibank block their cashback visa on BigPay merchant?

I think I better stop trying. Could be BigPay merchant issue...

Citibank cash back, I was brought back to CVV page after enter OTP.

I then swap it with HSBC Signature... Got OTP, entered and received SMS that RM20 has been charged however, BigPay prompt transaction failed and ask me to topup again... Damn...

Not sure if any of the transaction went through... 6 tries Citibank 1 try HSBC...

Using Unifi at home so connection stability shouldn't be an issue.

Update - great... Now Citibank statement shows its pending!

The problem is I'm toping up for the first time. I can't see the transaction at all because I'm still stuck at "top up RM20 to get your card"

Will have to engage BigPay CS on Monday...

Pheww... so seems like i'm not the only one who are facing this issue. Lousy BigPay!

It's double edged sword... They don't want to lose customer too...

Infact, who is the losing end? More like Credit Card company is losing points/cashback instead. Perhaps BigPay is also losing merchant transaction fee as well.

Very bad support from Big Pay.

Create a thread @ Official forum, help section. No reply no view.

Sent e-mail to support@bigpayme.com, no responds. Really no confident with their service especially when issues happening.

Yes! We need screenshot function! No other payment app... Most of the banking app allow screenshot.

Now I have to use another phone, take a snapshot of the BigPay screen which is terrible.

Did anyone face App outage before for other payment app? i.e. boost/fave/vash etc...?

I think BigPay needs to solve their reliability issue...

There's a "Freeze & Unfreeze" button. If you are worried you can always freeze the card when it's not in used. One way to protect all the unauthorised transaction.
