I tried to perform initial topup RM20 with my Citibank Cashback Visa however, it always brought me back to CVV page after I enter the SMS OTP.
Is Citibank block their cashback visa on BigPay merchant? |

Very bad support from Big Pay.
Create a thread @ Official forum, help section. No reply no view. Sent e-mail to support@bigpayme.com, no responds. Really no confident with their service especially when issues happening. |

Yes! We need screenshot function! No other payment app... Most of the banking app allow screenshot.
Now I have to use another phone, take a snapshot of the BigPay screen which is terrible. |
