QUOTE(cklimm @ May 18 2016, 10:27 PM) Received the physical card today, activated it, and the top up page remains no cc reload as usual. Maybe you can apply virtual card, some said unlimited top ups using CC for virtual punya, but then again, they said they had the card 1 year ago, not sure for new usersGuess will just empty the card and keep in the fridge This post has been edited by Sumofwhich: May 18 2016, 10:30 PM |

QUOTE(cklimm @ May 18 2016, 11:10 PM) I applied another virtual card 2 days ago while waiting for physical card to arrive. Swiped 1500 for max rewards, and...no more cc rewards after that Good to hear that u've utilized the max. cashback, but can u try to top up your virtual card, just put a figure like RM100, see if it shows the CC top up option or just FPX and CimbClicks? Pls and thanks gdex, last Friday i plan to just spend all the money in the card then leave RM0.00 for them to charge This post has been edited by Sumofwhich: May 18 2016, 11:43 PM |

QUOTE(DS3 @ May 22 2016, 10:32 PM) 1. No risk with my main bank account for online or on the phone purchases. No money in, nothing to get out. Just put in what you need for purchases. If someone gets into your account, only a small balance available. NEVER GIVE INFO FROM YOUR MAIN BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD OR CC!! @freedomangel Can u pay ur bills using this prepaid card? What are the other usages of this card besides retail transactions?2. Air Asia tickets and points 3. Reload at CIMB cash deposit machines...just like paying bills or making a cash deposit into a bank account. I think you can even have it direct/online transferred if you have a CIMB bank account. 4. Reliable...even overseas....can use with no worries 5. Small charge for the convenience, but worth it to me! Been using this for around 3-4 years. Have fun! |

QUOTE(freedomangel @ May 23 2016, 10:41 PM) Well, as you can see in their website, not much useful except fo purchase airasia airticket. Another is 0.5% cash rebate for oversea spend. Con is this card just like vox, got admin charge of rm2.5 if didnt use. I think we can choose to sign up for auto-billing (using the physical prepaid card) at Maybank to pay electricity and water bills, even insurance. |

Has anyone tried UOB VOX, whether it's entitled for 5% cashback?

QUOTE(Hanz91 @ Jun 24 2018, 01:55 PM) So I started using BigPay since 27th May, I just did a full calculation of all my topups and minus off all my expenses but turns out my available balance in my account is incorrect. Nope, i maintain a Google spreadsheet and it does tally, try going through your transaction histories on the appAfter doing the calculations, I should have RM433.55 in my account but now its only showing RM343.13 as my remaining balance. Has anyone experienced this before? |

QUOTE(Hanz91 @ Jun 24 2018, 02:20 PM) No overseas transaction, I already tried extracting the analytical data and from there it shows that I should have RM433.55 as well. None of the pending transactions add up to the lost amount of RM90.42. It's good that the extracted data shows rm433.55, hope they should be able to resolve for you soon. Yup, good practice to check the balance constantly.Am currently contacting BigPay staff thought their website, gonna send over my analytical data for them to investigation the issue. I would suggest all of you to constantly check on your balance to make sure it's correct. |
