you can submit termination before your expiry, if you encounter unknown error just submit again.

Best do it at unifi centre which I did.

Too much hassle and risk with the online termination …

If you encounter error, better submit via Live Chat, i had 2 accounts, one of the accounts is unable to submit all the time no matter how many times you tried.

best do it at unifi centre you have buy postpaid sim card totally waste

no risk with the online termination tm will call you then get offer then no need take postpaid sim card

Yeah true, unifi centre have their own KPI so kinda like rm39x3 months then terminate it..

Get to the end of an option at Maya, and it'll let you speak to a live chat customer service. Ask them to terminate your line, citing better offer from competitors. Then, give it a few days for the termination dept to get back to you, and bob's your uncle.

is there any ongoing campaign or promo by Unifi? why suddenly i get a free upgrade from 500 to 800mbps?
i'm still using original DIR-850L, so it's kind of useless.

I just drobpy UNIFI Shop and tell them to change my package and it is upgraded within 4/5 hours..

39x3 might sounds paying extras but they gimme Unifi Box (FOC)..so I am ok with it..

Online termination can try, but they told me the management will assess your payment records and contract history plus their terms (at that point)...prior to that..

They can just terminate your line without calling, so I didnt wan the hassle..

I didn’t get any free devices, it might be because I used the cheapest plan and told him I could subscribe tv pack on self portal later. Or actually I should have said I want a tv pack? 🤣 the staffs told you they will check the terms?
