No o, TM told me that email also serve as 30days notice for termination service. I also shocked, no call and can suspended customer like that. I submitted 30th July and today is 29th Aug, exactly 30days

Last time I terminate my acc by going to TM point, u guess what?
It still going on for 2 months, and charged me extra RM 10 for their fault, which don't cut off within 30 days.

I already confirm nothing else should be done(including receive sms/call) from that TM point(mitc), yet still kena lol.

Because of the horrible routing, I considered taking Allo as my backup fibre plan while I serve Unifi's contract for another 18 months.
My area is covered by both Allo and Unifi's infra, after checking with Allo's CS they told me it is impossible for customer to have both Unifi and Allo service in the same premise despite they are on different infra.

after 24 months drop back to 500mbps?
