Raised online termination at 15 Oct, ticket created in the system at 16 Oct.
TM called in at 23 Oct and asked bout the reason of termination then told them have offer from Astro for 500mbps rm90.
The TM staff will tell you that Astro one is not permanent, but Unifi can offer the same package permanently.
Then just accept the offer, and they will start to read the TnC and then just tell them setuju then everything settled.

Exactly what I did. Submit a request for termination, and they'll ask you why you're cancelling your sub, then just tell them the reason and they'll help you out in a jiffy. Best thing is, my contract ended just two days ago and I min-maxed the heck out of my sub, hahaha. Rm90 for two more years for essentially what I'm having right now is a no brainer. For the masses, unifi is enough.

I guess after my contract end its termination since they don’t value loyal customers. Used Unifi more than 10 years

Sorry to hear about that bud, you can call in and ask for someone from the termination dept to contact you for plan adjustment, but only after you've submitted your request for termination. After submitting your service termination, you have a 30 days grace period before they actually cut off your line.

How to submit through live chat ya?
I see a few like Maya ( not sure what this use for) etc

Get to the end of an option at Maya, and it'll let you speak to a live chat customer service. Ask them to terminate your line, citing better offer from competitors. Then, give it a few days for the termination dept to get back to you, and bob's your uncle.

Honestly for those who switched successfully.... how long does it takes? The call agent told me 4 - 5 working days but obviously that's not what's happening

Mine was around two weeks. I kept pestering them on live chat, until they migrated my account to the new 5.0 swu.
