Attempt to terminate couple of times via Unifi Selfcare Portal today, still error...

Any 1 facing it or issues with account ? Changed with few browser as well.
I'm pretty sure the contract has expired.

Or the site still under maintenances ?

Mine initial with the terminate request a month ago. All the TM marketing call reached but cannot answer. All Hang out directly after answer it. Asked for diagnostics for very long time still no answer given. puke.gif puke.gif Both phone number from unifi mobile 1 cant answer as well. rclxub.gif Already escalate like 6 ticket every time did 2-3calls attempts , all hang out right after answer.

Better to live chat with them ask them escalate next call next day. So you don't have to wait so long time.

If you encounter error, better submit via Live Chat, i had 2 accounts, one of the accounts is unable to submit all the time no matter how many times you tried.
