QUOTE(cyberic @ Nov 5 2025, 03:03 PM) My ticket appear 1-2 days after I sent the termination request. Same ticket is not visible in MyUnifi app. After completion, you will find a modify package order under My Order. Do you mean by call 100?your options: - Try to chat/talk to Unifi support (some even manage to get call back from sales team) - Send the request again - go TMpoint I tried but it mentioned that my area is effected and will be done tmr. But dint mentioned any callback if issue still occur. Wondering if is there other way? If in app, is it ask in Maya (I think Maya is the virtual adsitance ?, if so how do I get the real human)? But if ask the chat, will it backfire or call 100 is the best options here ? |

I got conflicting responses about SWU 5.0 500 Mbps for RM 90 offer. My contract expires mid Nov. I walked into KLCC Unifi Centre over the weekend and asked about it. They said they previously had that offer bundled with a Unifi Mobile thing that I believe was highlighted here. However, they said their HQ told them they were not able to offer it anymore at the centre. To get the SWU 5.0 500 Mbps for RM 90 offer, you need to have a competitor submit a transfer request and then TM's retention team will call to make you that offer.
Today, I called 100 to ask about it and they said they do not know anything but that SWU 5.0 500 Mbps for RM 90 offer was only available at TM Point outlets on a walk in basis. Anybody else have that response? It is probably logistically easier to submit for online termination after the contract ends as some of you have done here, to get the SWU offer rather than go through a competitor transfer request if that is the case. |

You can request termination now, no need to wait until your contract ends. Only a few days to go anyway. 2-3 months will be also considered by them.Today, I called 100 to ask about it and they said they do not know anything but that SWU 5.0 500 Mbps for RM 90 offer was only available at TM Point outlets on a walk in basis. But if like anything more than 6 months, they won't offer you. |

Hi, congrats on the upgrade, just wanna know how many days for them to upgrade after u agreed with the SWU deal? If not mistaken mine was this Monday but still no changes of internet speed and the package name in unifi appTunggang terbalik SOP..... QUOTE(DM3 @ Nov 6 2025, 04:02 PM) Depends on the TM point outlet, some outlet acknowledge such offer but they will force u to take postpaid sim as extra bundle. Majority of the outlets will pretend they unaware of SWU plans. |

Anyone have insight that,
If TM mentioned only 1 router (router + modem) they have tp link and dlink which would be better to get? also if I want to retain back the router 1 device and modem 1 device, how should I do it ya? As i see that of combo, will be bad. This post has been edited by LuckyLim: Nov 6 2025, 08:32 PM |
