just now i tried to 'utilize' fibre agent to create the transfer id (by registering to maxis plan) they warned me if i accept unifi counter offer, i will get penalized, i need to sign their tnc (stated rm150 penalty) before he start the transfer / port in process

Hi, congrats on the upgrade, just wanna know how many days for them to upgrade after u agreed with the SWU deal? If not mistaken mine was this Monday but still no changes of internet speed and the package name in unifi app

Depends on the TM point outlet, some outlet acknowledge such offer but they will force u to take postpaid sim as extra bundle. Majority of the outlets will pretend they unaware of SWU plans.

Already more than 1 wk but no changes after accepting the offer. Contacted via Maya on last Saturday, hoping it can accelerate the process, but still no progress.

About 1 week from termination request. Like others mentioned here, they're real slow
