you need request terminate unifi portal then wait few days or few weeks TM will call you they will ask why terminate you must tell i got called from astro offering 500Mbps RM90 then TM will give you unifi offer SWU 5.0 500Mbps RM90 settle

managed to get the RM90/500mbps yesterday, got call after 2 weeks, 5-7 days to activate SWU and Disney hotstar

With contract habis as per-requisite ?

SWU package is not really a general public knowledge. Unless you are in unifi fb group or online forum like here.
My Sister unifi package expired for more than a year, no call, no offer from TM, paying around RM129 or 139 for 300mbps iirc.
She "almost" opt for 3 years unifi iPad package, because she saw the xhs post mentioning renew unifi for 3 years get free iPad.

Hi guys,already submitted for cancellation online since 28 last month.Check no contract already..still no call from them..looks like they are not calling back.May consider the SWU5 but can i get it through tmservice point?Or have to wait for their call?

No, his logic is he pays more so TM will not convert his to private IP while the rest of us who pay less will have higher chances to be converted to private IP. The thing is TM won't bother how much you are paying, if it is affects 500Mbps, it will affect all. Seems like simple logic like this is hard to be understood by "some people".

I was long time Unifi subscriber previously, but had to terminate because new place doesn't have unifi coverage. Lately my new place has Unifi coverage (and Maxis and Time), possible to get a better deal with switch over? Anyone had similar experience? Current switch over package not attractive, might as well get the basic 100Mbps free 3 mths 24 mths contract (rm89). Alternately the switch over package only 100Mbps free 6 mths but 36 mths contract or 300Mbps free 6 mths 24 mths contract. I don't need anything more than 100Mbps actually since only streaming in 4k max, mostly only HD.
