just installed 500mbps and it comes with fibrehome combo box, the speed is very slow and unstable, how to configure it to be ONU only and what routers best to combo with it for mesh?

once submitted the request for termination, it give out the request number right, how do i check ya? I tried to check on my activities, but it is not there? (I scare they called out my request without me knowing)
Also could I call tm and give them the request number so that they able to call me ? how should it be done ya ?

For your information, the normal price for the 1gbps package is RM249, not RM159. I suppose you can’t change it, since when you switched to the 500mbps/RM90 package, your contract was renewed for another two years. The 1gbps/RM159 package is part of the SWU 5.0, which is only available to customers without ongoing contract, so you wouldn’t be eligible to subscribe to it. You dont need to get swu with unifi, now maxis direct offer 159 1gb

Same ticket is not visible in MyUnifi app. After completion, you will find a modify package order under My Order. your options: - Try to chat/talk to Unifi support (some even manage to get call back from sales team) - Send the request again - go TMpoint

1. Submitted cancellation request on 15 Oct via portal
2. Didn't receive any calls for 2 weeks. Called helpline on 31 Oct requesting them to call back regarding my cancellation. Agent say will note my request.
3. Today (5th Nov) finally received call. Ask why cancel etc... just said since contract ended I wanted to consider other options for cheaper plan, and mentioned Astro 500mbps @ rm90 as example. The agent only ask whether I already signed up for Astro, then proceed to offer 500mbps for rm90 also. Didn't ask for transfer id or any verification (only IC verification and TnC agreement to proceed with new plan)
