Just curious how much you all paying for 300mbps now? I still paying 136.75 (including SST). Last time was on 100mbps originally but got free upgrade to 300

Few weeks ago someone from unifi called me offering free upgrade to 500mbps since my 2 years contract already ended, I asked for price reduction instead for 300mbps but he say unavailable at the moment.

But then the next day 3rd Oct 2025 my account was terminated. Then I quickly live chat cs for confirmation, and yea my account was terminated and cs said terminated account is not allowed to be activated anymore.

Anyone has the same experience or know how to resolve this issue?

Reading this make me worried to try the termination method sweat.gif but this is the easiest way to get SWU 5.0 without walking in to outlet right?

just checked with Maxis... unfortunately they cannot give me any special promo or offer unless I am Maxis postpaid customer. I'm actually under Hotlink postpaid but that's not counted doh.gif

is there any current promo or offer from other providers? Need something as an excuse to get SWU 5.0

Time is not available at my condo btw

Problem is few previous post show its kinda risky with this move now, as they might straight out cancel your contract without offering anything

But still gonna try submitting and hope for the best

Want to check for those who received offer call after submitted termination.... what's the number they're calling from? Just wanted to make sure I didn't block the number as I've been blocking a lot of unknown calls

1. Submitted cancellation request on 15 Oct via portal

2. Didn't receive any calls for 2 weeks. Called helpline on 31 Oct requesting them to call back regarding my cancellation. Agent say will note my request.

3. Today (5th Nov) finally received call. Ask why cancel etc... just said since contract ended I wanted to consider other options for cheaper plan, and mentioned Astro 500mbps @ rm90 as example. The agent only ask whether I already signed up for Astro, then proceed to offer 500mbps for rm90 also. Didn't ask for transfer id or any verification (only IC verification and TnC agreement to proceed with new plan)

So after receiving the call on Wed afternoon to confirm switch to SWU... until now I checked under My Activities and My Orders still nothing. Is this normal? Just worried they missed out my request or something

Did you filter the date properly? Make sure it covers the date you file for the termination, and it should be under My Activites. Anyway if they already called you for offer, the termination request should be invalid now, by right according to others here you should receive a new order for the SWU plan

Received call last Wed, until today I didn't receive any follow-up emails or calls. My Orders and Activites in portal also empty with no new request

Used their chat support yesterday to check on the status.... in the end just opened another report for me
