I had two months left and on asking was told I qualify for new rates with fresh 24 month contract.
Next day technician came with new all-in-one ONU and activated new speed on the spot.

At the end of contract, do you get to retain the same price at 500 mbps without contract?

The agent on the call will clearly mention that:
- Everything in your existing package will stay, including 500mbps, 600 minutes free call
- New 24 months contract will start on the day the rm90 package activated
- Package will activate within 1 week from the call
- Everything in your existing package will stay even after the new contract period ends, including the new price
- You will get Disney+ Hotstar account and password access for 12 months. After 12 months, it will automatically terminate if you don't renew it. There is no automatic renewal. No need credit card info too.
- You cannot downgrade or terminate within contract period, otherwise penalty will impose
- You can upgrade or add add-on options at anytime, no penalty for upgrade

Then the agent will ask: adakah anda faham?
You have to answer: faham

They wont, they are kinda famous for not dealing/take a long time to take care of routing issues

they give fibrehome and dlink depand you cannot choose request router
i think possible tm give fibrehome router that almost crappy low spec can't handle speed

tm swu really no promo. I ask they say 1g rm220 and must bundle with data plan. 300 and 500 plan got free tv but the 800 1g 2g plan no tv.
