Anyone here with similar experience and know any reputable technician who can be called? Might be useful to have a number or two to contact in case TM are slow/unresponsive.

EDIT: My situation is also that I am not the account owner and TM is making it increasingly difficult for non account owner users to contact them and get updates without the account owner's Unifi account login info.

Since I have an open case, if I input my landline number when asked by the call center, it will just say I have an open case and to go view it in TM portal or MyUnifi app, or I can end the call. No option to speak to customer service at all.

only assigned technicians can help you. Usually for no connection takes 1 working day to fix.

tm swu really no promo. I ask they say 1g rm220 and must bundle with data plan. 300 and 500 plan got free tv but the 800 1g 2g plan no tv.

I confirmed that the phone number you entered during request for termination is just a joke. They will call the original phone number when user signed up for unifi account. Also NOT the phone number in myunifi app or porter. Coz I have updated both to my phone number yet they called the original registered number which was my mom's phone number. I'm frustrated...

this is just a tactic from tm to make it harder for you to terminate.

I also thinking of downgrading to 500 but afraid of getting private ip since i saw some post here say 500mbps is private ip.

I think tm should just charge extra for whoever that wants a public ip. Some people might only need 100mbps.

What is unifi doing right now? Subang area again ping spikes like crazy. Reported few days ago they said already fix and now same issue came back.

Which branch? I terminate my unifi they did not ask for proof also they just say 1 month and wait for termination call.
