Tried this with 6 month contract remaining for my 500mbps account. But they dont offered me that 500mbps RM90 package and only offered all SWU5.0 package. I go for 100mbps - RM79, 12 month free disney and 6 month free bill. I can always upgrade speed later on after that 6 month free bill.

My RM159 500Mbps contract ended so i live chat and the agent offered me RM99 for 100Mbps like your parents. Agent said their sales rep will call me but they failed to called me.

I got frustrated so i went to Tmpoint and the offer is even better RM89 for 100Mbps free 6 months but must bundle with sim card postpaid RM39 per month. The sim card can be terminated after 3 months. The next day i could see from my unifi app has been downgraded to 100Mbps.

I think 500Mbps@RM90 was mistaken/accidentally standalone package which disturb original standalone SWU 5.0. The one who processed the 1st order maybe didn't notice the Astro's 500Mbps@RM90 is a price  when suscribe with AstroTV that make it total RM139. I don't think Astro will complain if bundle unifi 500Mbps RM79 + RM60 unifi TV.

About users within contract which successfully change plan to SWU 5.0 was just luck because of speed upgrade. Users within contract anytime can upgrade to higher speed standard price not downgrade. Same thing also for other ISP. Can do it anytime using app or website but can try at tmpoint if u can get luck. Yes they can do the speed upgrade with standard price for the branch sales credit. For that case u can simply answer u will do it urself by app so the branch can't get the credit.

current MSAP will end on December 2025. so next round of speed upgrade and SWU6.0 should happen in early 2026.

Instead of free upgrade, they better anounce Rm90 for all 500mbps without Unifi TV.

I just got a text from Unifi saying I got a free upgrade to 2Gbps. But when I check my Asus app I'm only getting 930-940Mbps. I'm currently using a ZenWiFi ET12. Do I have to play around with the settings? or wait for Unifi to come around with a new router?

I was on the 1Gbps prior to this upgrade.

In the my unifi app you can see under your Account and under Devices.

Else, just surf https://www.mana2.my/ and broadcast it to your TV to view. All free alternative.

Today public holiday but TM finally called me to counter SWU 5.0 RM90@500Mbps including phone line and free call free 600 minutes.
Also included is 1 year of Disney Hotstar access but i have no use for it actually.

Has anyone heard of "Unifi Home 500Mbps Premium Value 6.0 (FreeDevice)(36M) RM149" plan? Someone called me and offered me this if Im willing to move from Maxis Fibre. Is this legit, I feel a little worried now because provided my IC and Maxis Fibre bill. The technician suppose to come today but nothing, tried to contact the person again but no answer but this was already after working hours. Have I been scammed? 

I think got 6 months free so 89x18/24=66.75 per month.
