Unifi Store Kepong, no question asked. Just enquire about RM 90 for 500mbps package. Forced to sign up Unifi Mobile RM39 package for 3 months. Eventually cancelled at Unifi Store Museum. Now looking at how to get refund for advanced payment paid. Don’t go to Unifi Store Setapak, not willing to help for cancellation!

I was served by a Malay lady called -  Nur Fatihah Binti Zulkifli. There are two Malay ladies there sitting in front of counter at the back. Customer next to me also changing Unifi package and I overheard he was asked to signed up for Unifi Mobile RM 39 plan too. His plan got free router and asked for appointment slot by staff.
