thanks for trying to help, perhaps i must make myself clearer to get better suggestion..

I want to withdraw RM 1.8M out fr my KDI Save to 4 diff bank accs all in 1 day.
RM800k  B islam, 400k PBB, 300k MBB , 300k HLB all  on 4.4.22
i tested with RM100 yesterday , tak jadi!

deposit masuk use 6 bank accounts also all accepted.
Withdraw out to 4 banks, why KDI can't make it easier?. ranting.gif
maybe, but it says WD no limit,  luckily........... sweat.gif

Oh, sorry. Seems that I misunderstand. Why not just WD from KDI to one bank account & from bank account, you instant transfer to other banks? Although it will take some time since one can instant transfer 50k per day. It seems you are quite rushing to WD the whole money from KDI account.

Most of us here don't have 1.8mil in KDI Save, so can't replicate what you've shared.
But so far I withdraw before few hundred ok la, no issue. Just need wait for money to arrive in 1 biz day usually.

You can drop an email, or even better chat with support at bottom right of their website:

any feedback such as adding more banks option can let them know also, at least they can help you feedback to management.

With the limitation of KDI right now, probably you have to give up few days of interest by spreading the withdrawal into 4 days, starting with smaller amout

1st day 300k HLB
2nd day 300k MBB
3rd day 400k PBB
4th day 800k BIslam

This is the best I can think of for you.

I believe you already know this is the solution to it before asking, you just want to check if there's any better suggestion/solution, right?

I hope you already done the withdrawal this morning before 11am as today will be 1st day of 4 working days

You can max out your interest earning of another 50k on the last day, capitalize on the 50k FPX transfer of your B Islam

i have not made any WD yet. My intention remain same
WD last day pump all to sspn by 5.4.22
Scenario changes we change accordingly lah.

I plan to use only Bank Islam now, reason FPX 500k a day, IBFT 80k
Fri 1.4.22 RM729k
Mon 4.4.22 RM580k
Tue 5.4.22 RM580k

unless there is better suggestion later on..i am open to change.

leave only 200k for 3% till month end move again.

i like your "even after no facepalm for a month still the same = permanent brain damage"

Tested already can work, no need ask Kenanga. Dont assume CS always know, so many dumb workers around.

I am sure you have read in cc threads many times can see info from forumners more accurate than bank CS...
logical thing must accept with open heart.

QUOTE(!@#$%^ @ Mar 30 2022, 01:43 PM)
but better if can withdraw all in a day. haha.

YES, that is the best, But how to put all in to SPPNi ?
I only want to sit at home click click trf and FPX only.

Hi all, newbie here. Just learn about this product also.

Understand that it is not PIDM protected, wondering if there's risk of loss of principal amount for the KDI FD?

Kenanga Investment Bank is public listed in Malaysia. Meaning all their offerings are SC (securities commission) approved.

Any MMF funds must retain capital and they do keep their promise of the interest stated.

But yea if somehow the money gone then PIDM won't assist on this.

in the financial world, the risk of losing principal in MMF nature (akin KID Save) is not zero, but very low.

to make it more laymen, we used to joke, yeah it is possible, when the bank/FI goes bankrupt, u might lose your principal

but can withdraw either one fund, not necessary withdraw both funds, right?

how often do we see a Malaysia bank go bankrupt? tongue.gif

Before that happens their financial reports will have many warnings already. Bank Negara also would know something bad is happening. It would be all over the news before the bank folds.

just withdraw from 1 account. then from there there transfer to 3 account. it is same and avoid fraud to multiple accounts. even other investments like stashaway, versa, fsm -all tie to 1 account. why make a complain that want 4 account in kdi?
*
Versa, SA and FSM can multiple withdraw to different banks as they have banks onboarding records while KDI doesn’t have that but only tied to singular account when creating a new profile doh.gif

QUOTE(ericlaiys @ Mar 30 2022, 10:23 AM)
dude calm down. if you're unhappy. don't use kdi. no point complained in forum. write an official email or call kdi to make them listen to u.

Agreed those rambling cry babies are usually spoon fed too much while not going to action to proper channels doh.gif

Before the red flags BNM will start intervening as the have rescue pool of funds to bail them out and after that it will sort out the stake to the new owners doh.gif

Iinm it happened twice in Malaysia back in the 80s with BIMB and late 90s with RHB bailed out by EPF

Banks are very difficult to failed in Malaysia as there will be state interventions before that

Biggest failure by far will be MAS and it has been twice in the past 30 years doh.gif

Yesterday, my KDI Invest is like this.

Current Value = RM1010.35
Returns = RM10.35
Net Deposit = RM1000

Today, it's been like this.

Current Value = RM1003.80
Returns = RM3.80
Net Deposit = RM1000

My question is.
1. If I WD from it, it will deduct from my Current Value or Net Deposit?
2. I thought the Current Value should be RM 1014.15? (1010.35+3.8), or did i mistake in calculation?

wanna use KDI Invest, need leave it there long term like 1 year at least.. best 3 years minimum. Else hard to see growth.

Stock market got a lot buy/sell happening everyday. As long good ETFs they will grow in the long run.
