opening this thread for the discussion on Kenanga Digital Investing (KDI) so not to hijack SA (Stashaway) thread

Reminder: peep pls do not share your referral outright in the forum, you will get reported by anonymous (not me), it is unspoken rule in FBI session
I already saw several reports on forumer who asking for referral code or replying to such.

Kenanga Digital Investing (KDI) consists of two investment tools:
1. KDI Invest (Stashaway ETF portfolio alike) - click for more info

Your withdrawal from KDI Invest will take approximately 5 working days to reflect in your bank account

2. KDI Save (seems to be akin to Money Market Funds portfolio like Stashaway Simple/Versa) - click for more info


Your withdrawal from KDI Save will reflect in your bank account:
Latest 1 day after the withdrawal day (T+1), if withdrawal made before cut-off time of 11am; or
Latest 2 days after the withdrawal day (T+2), if withdrawal made after cut-off time of 11am.
T should be working day, If you make deposit or withdrawal on weekend or holiday, then it will follow upcoming working day

Experience Sharing:
Pros
1. Quick account opening, got it open in one hour (Though there are forumer reported a day or more than that)
2. Quick investment deposit processing for KDI Save, deposit through FPX in the morning, got the units, and return in the afternoon
3. Promotional rate of KDI save 3%

Cons
1. BY FAR no details of underlying assets for KDI Invest, this info will only be available in your next month's statement
2. Login engine doesn't have 2FA
3. Mobile app doesn't have fingerprint/face ID login

you can try, i tried and the transaction will be failed eventually, was trying to give some trouble to them but no luck

yeah got another 8 sens from my $1k investment
it seems their return is calculated and distributed daily.

btw i just invested min amount RM250 into their KDI invest (risk profile- Balanced) just trying it out

maybe lesson learnt from stashaway, or else people be like critizing ETF selection, transaction made time

i found their map display and highlight are so messed up hahaha

seems to be taken down from App store for the moment, maybe sometimes to do with their deployment agreement to Apple Store

really dunno how is the cut off time works
or it works akin to saving account as long the money is in before 12:00 midnight, u entitle for return

you can say it is not guaranteed since it is not FD or saving account protected by PIDM.
all investment tools are not guaranteed by PIDM AFAIK, but it is very low risk.

yep i think not only the FX rate, but also because marketing keep going down for these this week, so u bought, then it drops

luckily i jz put RM250 into KDI invest (balanced) test water, now russian attack ukraine everything gonna be down to drain

my balanced portfolio losing RM4.00+ from RM250 cost dah, fck warrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

dont think anyone can provide useful recommendation or advise because by far we dunno what is the underlying asset/ETF under each portfolio of KDI Invest
as well, KDI invest is new so there isn't any trailing performance for reference.
