You got a point, and if TS realized what he has got himself into, marrying such women, he should be shit scared by now of how to get out of the situation.

But i have seen it being done by one of my friend who also got a kid with such women.
For them, the solution was: wife and the son lives in the home country, the men works overseas and she's a stay home mom, the only responsibility is to take care of the kid, in return of X amount of money per month he sends home. From time to time he gives her extra for birthday and other events, but the marriage is cold dead. But the parents know it, the entire friend circle knows it, they are just not yet legally divorced. He has a duplex and the wife and son stay there and he makes regular visits. From an outsider point of view, it seems all good. But it's a zombie marriage.

Is it crazy? Yes absolutely. But the divorce is on the way once the kid hits 18. The kid is the only glue.

The solution is workable, only that TS will missed the childhood moments of his kid, I think by now he already attached to the new born baby. since the kid is almost 24/7 with him.

they stay together, meet everyday have to observe the wife will throw tantrum or not. Thats why i advise him to ghost her forawhile (despite this c19 lockdown). Cut all the communication esp digitally for days or even weeks, come back and have a rational discussion together.

If she insisted her fempowerment, the door is always there for her to leave.

Of course she will say she wants in court eventhough in reality she doesn't want. She could get more allowances if the kid is with her. That's why most divorces the wife wants to take care of the kids.

Prove that she got anger issue so the custody will belong to TS.
for worst case scenario, dont leave the son to single mommymood that is not good.

The latest practice direction in Malaysia and in most Western countries these days is joint custody.

This is especially the case where the child is below 7 years old.

Showing she's got anger issues isn't easy either and while it may be taken into consideration it isn't necessarily the case that that in itself is sufficient for TS to gain full custody of his son. Though this might be different in East Malaysia.

TS would need to show his wife is abusive towards the son before it'll tip towards TS's favor especially if she is physically abusive.

So probably it's time to take some pics / videos on how you manage the kids and home. Just put it in google photos or occasionally sent to your family group. For evidence backup purpose la.

Ask your wife whether can she change working place. That's environment probably toxic and they're comparing each spouse capabilities. Maybe works at your place if that's possible but different room/place. At least you could spend time for lunch and back home together.
