Its time for you to make complaint to SKMM.
Does not need to wait MCO over, just log the complain tru https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/
Make sure to attach this picture in the complaint too.
If can, take second picture of this box and your premise in 1 picture so that can prove the box is really near to your premise

Actually a decent branded CAT5E is sufficient enough. The CAT7 is just for futureproofing. My asustor NAS using CAT5E, yet able to hit 60MB/s when downloading torrent.

current using 800Mbps with unifi TV for RM189 b4 sst with contract until end of this year.
just received a call from stupid TM to offer me 3 option with 2 years renew contract:
1) RM279 with new hypptv box and all channels
2) RM259 with new hypptv box and basic channels
3) RM239 with only basic Hypptv...

i really wonder how the TM marketing thinking...

Previously there are people looking for this 189@800Mbps bro.. maybe you can sell it via transfer ownership method xD if you are looking to switch

A few years ago I asked TM if a customer do transfer ownership, will the special perpetual discounts be retained? The staff said yes.
No idea if it still applies today

Recently, unifi throttle their speed on peak hours? I requesting unifi for the reset port twice, but the speed just can maintain 2 hours then to drop 60% of my package speed (300mbps to 94mbps). What should i can do, Need you advise.

product: unifi 800mbps
router: RT-AC1200 (been using fine since upgraded to 800mbps), changed to RT-AC68U now after TM technician advice.


Problem faced: disconnection everyday about 2-3 times in aday, disrupting online classes, exams.

When started: Oct 2020

steps taken: Report TM is my only choice besides restarting modem and router (sometimes help, dont know, could be coincidence) i have 8 case numbers for this same issue.

What TM has done: send their guys, always when they come, internet is up already, they will check connection, line ok they will say, zz mestila, ada internet kan, then senyap macam tak nak bagi explanation, next course of action.

Tiang kotak Unifi kat jalan: terbuka, fiber terabur, tiap tiap fiber macam ada connector, pernah splice. last suruh mereka bukak check, beratus semut keluar dari kotak.

next step taken: every email dah cc aduanskmm ... macam tak ada beza.


nak tanya: TM takder device untuk tinggalkan kat premis untuk check uptime connection kepada kabinet TM, exchange TM? apa lagi aku boleh buat? asyik report report dapat orang sama datang jawapan sama dapat. zzzz

if tukar maxis, they guna balik fiber yang sama jugak kan ? pergi DP yang sama kan ? so im stuck??

Mereka tiada device untuk ditinggalkan untuk premis. Actually TM boleh pantau internet di rumah , mereka boleh tahu status internet kita tengah Up atau Down. Mereka boleh periksa Reading Fibre di premis dari jauh adakah reading fibre tinggi atau rendah, malah boleh tahu purata penggunaan internet setiap bulan.

if you are refer at international speed might be on and off wont consistent to get full speed.

if local speed u getting below means something is wrong. maybe ur device issue or tm side issue

Report kat SKMM. Rekod disconnection tu (date, time start, time ends, dengan bukti) supaya nanti boleh claim rebate dari TM.
Works for me.

You changed your DNS apart from using TM's own DNS did you and still the images are not loading as intended?
Did you use a VPN and the problem was resolved?
