That is projected rate from 2020

You better off with Versa with liquidity and returns for short term investment liquidity rather than wasting time in Simple

Probably market has little movement or majority downward trend. The real test of investing begins. All patience without much chance to showoff returns.

This month distribution rate should be RM 0.0008 per unit, why I just get RM 2.60 ? (4,687 units x RM 0.0008 =RM 3.75)

Did anyone noticed the dividend distribution for Stashaway Simple is very low this month compared with previous month? I received RM1.57 when I have Rm4k in the account.

its ok he invest in higher risk things, as long as he can keep his cool in check.

absolutely nothing of significant note happened to the market in the last few months.

Bear in mind I have invested through my 2nd decade. And the longer I participate the more I am convinced passive indexing is the way to go. If Stashaway existed anytime before 2010 I think I already 5 years closer to retirement than today.

The spice that Stashaway adds (I think its called tilting in Bogleheads terms), usually does give it some edge vs lazy 3 fund portfolios. I think its just at the edge of acceptable fee (cost) vs return.

I'm also pleasantly surprised that we have NOT started ESG funds for the growth portions.

I can only hope that china bounce back quickly. Bring us back our alpha!!!!

Is there a chance of losing money on StashAway simple?
My total return SA-Simple are RM 6.54 yesterday and today reduced to RM 2.97.

Within a night RM3.57 wipe off.
I understand it is normal for an investment portfolio ... but not simple.

SA simple put money into Eastspring Investments Islamic Income Fund
and this Eastspring Investments Islamic Income Fund just had an Ex-date on 6 May....reinvestment date is 10 May....
Will this impact/affected the holding value in Simple??

When did you invest? It's money market, dividends paid out on 6th, "returns" look lower because unit price reduced to pay dividends which you'll see in cash form.

Your unit count is the same but NAV lower, you check assets there should have dividends in the form of cash.
