I did received the call on 31 Oct but I told the agent I already applied for unifi pay nothing promotion on 27 oct. I received SMS regarding approval of my application on 1 Nov .

question, i am using an already discounted 300mbps plan at rm147/mo.

now i sign up for the year end promo... and been told the plan will now refresh to standard 199/mo plan...?

I am paying RM109 for 300 mbps with ultimate package but no free call. Went to TM point to enquire about the YE promo. Was told not take up the offer as this is already a good package.

If I were to take up the offer will my package will be refreshed? What if i did not? Will my package will be refreshed as well since i am not bounded by any contract now?

Anyone is in similar situation?

In real life, no consumer will waste time complimenting or promote a product unless they're paid either monetary or with benefits to do so. You'll only hear complaints on the threads if they're not satisfied.

These threads are often filled with resellers or company staffs to promote their services disguising as consumers. Do take note.

Yeah, maybe you should tell that to se7en because LYN consists tonnes of such threads. Seriously, we are sick with your assumption. Calling us TM ambassadors and resellers and whatnot, what's next? I have said this before and will say it again. As a user who's barely one year old here, you surely know a lot about LYN culture yeah? Lurk more and don't assume.

This "assumption" or observation does not just apply to LYN. It applies everywhere in all public forums especially profit oriented popular ones that relies on donations/sponsors.

Just noticed that over the weekend activity on this thread itself has also slowed down. Could it be that most of these posters here were resting on weekends? They only came back to post helpdesk replies on weekdays?

yeah, that is true, good deal price for your speed right now. Why not you try change your hypptv channel package to basic one like aneka/ruby/varnam. Yes, your contract will be refresh with 24month. Is it your package come with perpetual? I love their free 600 minutes call, but my package also not come with free calls, my parents house have its. I rather choose pick 600 minutes call than unifi tv. If TM can do that soon what to choose between unifi tv or 600 minutes call, that will be a good option. But it's just a dream.

This is a Unifi thread. That is the topic. Users talk about Unifi stuff here. Who is complimenting ? Who is promoting? I'm not interested in what the LYN forum itself does, like get paid or carry adverts or whatever. I'm interested in the threads, the topics, the interactions between users, the content. Just move your line to your new house as long as have coverage.

Log into your unifi portal, if your discount is already stated perpetual, you're likely safe to continue on despite losing out a few hundred savings from pay nothing.

It would actually think that to not bound yourself to another 2 years is a good thing. You're free to hop if you find a better deal from other ISPs.

hey guys, did you guys notice Unifi still throttling mp4 streaming and downloading?

I have been getting throttled especially at night when streaming mp4s since years ago, but didnt care cos I'm not avid stream watcher, until now.

I used ExpressVPN and still doesn't seem to get past this Unifi throttle.... any idea how to circumvent it?

Been streaming Netflix for years. No throttling issue whatsoever
